Having worked with Artedomus for the last 10years I couldn't speak more highly of the company and the team. Always an amazing curation of ceramics and stone. My current go-to rep is Jaime, always responsive, quick to provide samples and product knowledge- An absolute gem to have helping me!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jaime at Artedomus and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided. Jaime was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. The showroom itself is impressive, with a wide variety of beautiful stone and tile products to choose from. I highly recommend Artedomus for anyone looking for high-quality materials and excellent customer service.

Beautiful selection of hand made Japanese tiles and slabs of natural stone that are a cut above competition. Dealt with 4 members of staff who were all very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

Faulty stone in an incorrect colour palette provided for benchtops and splashbacks and minimal support provided once the faults were discovered.

Left us holding the baby with excuse after excuse as to why they wouldn't assist in rectifying the issues.

The service is really the worst one I’ve ever experienced, I even have no chance to get the samples of products! Because they don’t believe I will choose their products, that’s really rediculous! ! I will never choose any products from Artedomus! OMG!

We used Artedomus tiles for our kitchen and bathroom renovations and could not be happier! Their product is stunning and amazing quality, and the Richmond sales staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted in selecting all our tiles including providing samples for me to take home and assess in the space. I also dealt with the team in Campbellfield when I needed to pick up my tiles within a tight timeframe, they were also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this company if you are in the market for beautiful, quality tiles!

Even though there are always people complaining about the services in these years, you still choose to ignore that. I believe that still many people didn’t waste their time to give reviews while they are very unsatisfied with your services. But you don’t care about this, what you care is only your ‘value’, the value I can’t understand before, now, and in the future. Actually, I don’t really care about your samples, I have many choices, but I still prefer to give reviews here mainly because of your attitude to customers, you just showed you do not care about them. In short, the review and rating are not beneficial to both of us, I don’t believe your company would have a good future if you only insist on your 'value’ rather than customers’ feeling.

We ordered tiles for a bathroom renovation. Our experience was fabulous and we couldn't have been happier with the service and our products. We knew the style we wanted but had no idea what to buy. Artedomus were very helpful and knowledgeable and we were thrilled with the quality of what we received. Would absolutely recommend!

Product is good, but not the service, it's the worst I have ever experienced.it's so strange that it seems like they do not want you to use their products and want you to only appreciate it, I can't understand their company culture, or maybe it's only the Richmond store's culture. I will never never never recommend this product to my client anymore.

Trying to make an appointment was very challenging and the consultant was rather rude! Decided to go to go somewhere else for a more pleasant experience.

I feel very disappointed about the service of Richmond store. As a designer, I tried to order some samples for the client and builder, I tried to recommend the products to them. However, the sales told me that they cannot provide samples and they felt disappointed, because they don't believe we will choose their products. Oh my god, that's really the worst and the rudest thing I experienced. I will never choose or recommed the products from Artedomus to my clients, as they might be rejected. Please consider your coverage before you are going to visit this website!

Visited for porcelain splash back tiles of which they had a very large range. Extremely helpful staff with decent prices relative to other suppliers. For those looking for parking their is some behind the venue or alternatively park further up in one of the side streets.

Ive dealt with Artedomus on a few occasions and found them to be most helpful and extremely professional, products are the highest quality and their staff efficient and reliable. Cant recommend them highly enough
