Hated the program at the start, but once I settled in, I understood more and more. Arrow changed who I was all the way to the core! They really know what they are doing! I miss walking in the gardens, great place to get into recovery

I think what sets Arrow Health apart is the fact that they have a strong Yoga program that runs alongside their basic recovery program. It's one thing to get clean, it's another to clean up your life and truly live a meaningful and happy life. Jahne rocks! And she has changed so many of our lives!

The work Arrow does is life changing. Sometimes its hard but if you listen to what they say and try and follow they can take you where you want to go. 2 years clean and still going strong!

Normally I wouldn’t write anything, but I just wanted to say Arrow helped me in to regain my life even when I thought I was out of options. I was kicked out for breaking the rules, but after reengaging and concentrating on program they helped me to see what drugs really did to me and how it affected my family. I will always be grateful! I've been a client of Arrow Health for 10 months and can say they have changed my life. I have learned the tools to move forward in life and have a real shot at living a clean productive life. After 10 years of trying to get off the booze, I tried six different private and public rehabs in Victoria, nothing worked, but then I went to Arrow Health and now I am three years sober.

Words are not enough to express the sincere gratitude and thanks I wish to extend to all of the staff at Arrow Health, as I prepare to embark on my new lease of life, clean and sober, after my 60 day recovery treatment at the Bentinck therapeutic facility in beautiful Woodend.

The program you run is excellent; the facilities are wonderful, (which included my own private room with ensuite) ; and the grounds of the Bentinck are just stunning - a perfect setting for your holistic program of recovery from addiction.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for the caring, love, support and education I gained throughout my stay, and for the unconditional support and understanding I have been so very blessed to receive, and continue to receive, in your Aftercare Program since coming back home.

My parents are also incredibly grateful for your Family First Step Program they attended together with the counselling they received whilst I was in my intensive inpatient program. The family program helped immensely in educating them about addiction, arming them with new understanding and coping strategies to help better support both themselves and me throughout my ongoing recovery.

I would recommend Arrow Health to anyone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. They provide second to none support and recovery for both the addict and their families.

Very disappointing rehab facility. I am a parent and my daughter was recently at Arrow Health at their rehab centre in Woodend. The facility is not secure at Woodend and drugs and alcohol have been smuggled in. The staff are not qualified to deal with any mental health issues and in general Arrow seriously lack any duty of care they just want your money. I am not the only parent that feels this way, there is a whole group of us. Be very careful before you choose this place for your loved one, they just want your money!

I'm excited at the prospect to work within an organisation that believes recovery from addiction is possible. All Arrow programs and services are evidenced and research based which provides all clients and families with authentic opportunities at sustained positive change!

Arrow has given me the chance to live to the best man i could be! I have made friends for life and not only that, i now have Arrow as my second family! Recovery is a gift that not many people get a go at, so if you do get the chance to turn it around, i strongly recommend Arrow health as im one of those people who are continuing staying clean and serene!

Addiction was relatively new to me when I found out my son had a gambling addiction, but attending the Arrow Family First program opened my eyes to the fact that addiction is a treatable illness. I can’t recommend Arrow’s family program enough. Even if your loved one isn’t ready for treatment, just understanding addiction in a supporting environment can help.

I cant thank arrow enough for the support they gave me through addiction and definetly given my life back, would recommend it too anyone!
