Arma Shutter

A friends son recommended this company, I was a little shocked at the reviews on here. But by the time I read them I had already met with the Salesman (although he does not refer to himself as a salesman), a couple of the office staff and storemen, the reviews on here did not match the people I met. If the owner’s were that bad they would not keep their staff. I decided to trust my judgement and went with this company. My experience from the beginning to end was always professional, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much of a bother, including being shown in the factory where the blinds are made. I decided on a Friday to go ahead, the owner came on a Monday to check that there were no obstacles and double checked measurements. Within SIX working days my 9 roller shutters were being installed. The installer was experienced professional friendly and very helpful, he had a couple of small hiccups and kept me apprised of what he was doing and why. The electricians, well surprise surprise, they to were experienced professional, friendly and offered advice. Both trades cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. I would not hesitate and highly recommend this company.

I have only good things to say about the job Arms Shutter did for me. Unlike many other tradesmen they had the good manners to turn up, and they did a brilliant job.

Great service, extremely professional. I had roller shutters put on the windows of my parent's house after someone broke in. Makes her feel safer and give me peace of mind. Armashutters did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Will never recommend Arma Shutters to anyone! The worst customer service, no communication and poor workmanship. The security door was not measured properly so it had to be made a second time. Ordered in March, and was finally installed in August. The security door still does not fit well and hits the front door handle every time. Not worth it, next time will go to a professional.

I used Arma Shutters as a family member recommended it, now their security door has started rusting and it has only been 9 months.

I love my Armashutters, they are everything Armashutter said they would be. I feel safe and secure. The Armashutter staff are so friendly and helpful.

I used Arma Shutter because they were going to save me about $200.00 for a motorised / electric window roller shutter that I wanted installed.
I want to get the whole house done (9 windows in total) but needed just one done for the time being.
I'm so glad I only got them to do one window.
I won't go into detail because it would take me all night to type but I will say this.
When the owner of a company can't be bothered to deal with and couldn't care less about a problem with a product that they have manufactured, supplied and installed, it's usually an attitude that filters through the entire company.
Their, "she'll be right mate, we'll fix it.even if we have to come back again.and again.and again if we have to" attitude, doesn't wash with me when I'm forking over my hard earned dollars to a company who claim to provide a professional product and service.
I will NEVER USE ARMA SHUTTER again!

My family and I are very happy with our Arma Shutters. The quality is excellent. The workmanship is outstanding. The installers and the staff are very helpful. They were very considerate of our requests and answered all our questions very well. I would recommend Arma Shutter to anyone. They deliver what they promise. I fixed my shutter on December 2015 and problems start of FEB 2016 emailed them but know one can reply after i called them they give me appointment after 9 days.
I fitted three shutter and they not opened I haven't got any sunlight on my bedrooms and my hall.
I call them they advised me fuse problems or damaged remote.

SERVICE IS AWFUL AND NO REPLIES TO EMAILS

Inefficient, inept and downright clueless staff at this place, the 2 guys struggled to install simple hinged security doors, they were at my home for 6 hours for just 2 doors, and in the end they were not fixed correctly and had a bad taper. I told em to send me some people who knew what they were doing, they told me that no one else would be sent to fix it, I demanded they send these guys back, not to fix it, but to remove and return the doors, they returned and took the doors away but they demanded their money. They rang me at least once a day to harass me for the money despite me having no working doors, they harassed me for 6 months after this, during which we moved house, however they still had my mobile number, I was getting suspicious calls from "Australia Post" and the "ATO", as well as others for me to cough up my new address, I refused to pick up their calls over time and eventually they got tired and stopped bugging me. Such a simple request turned into a hellish nightmare, disgraceful business don't know how they are still around
