ARDOUR Brows & Lashes - Brighton Salon

I had an appointment today for Keratin Brow Fusion (Brow Lamination) with Asal. The overall brows itself look OK. However, due to the wax used, i had some of my skins pulled off (in between the eyebrows area and under my right eyebrow). Asal told me that my skin was sensitive which i thought it might just be red and will settle down soon. However, when I got home and looked at the mirror (as it was still very stinging on the areas), I realised that the skin have came off on those areas.

So. I had the keratin Brow fusion, shaping & hybrid dye $139
I walked out thinking omg what's going on I looked like Angry Bird!
3 Days later. In thinking why did it take me do long and sooooo many purchases from Mecca later to discover Ardour Brows & Lashes. The Salin is as pretty as a postcard in Paris and the Technicians are Lovely but above all - I don't have to do a thing to my eyebrows.it's a blessing!
Best thing I've discovered this year!

My first visit was a month ago and was amazing, service as well as friendly staff that made it so comfortable.

After the appointment, they scheduled me to come in for a shaping and hena again in 6 weeks' time.

Confirmation text comes through, and I accept.
On the day of the booking, I show up to see, they scheduled me on their day off.very disappointing when they should have known and contacted me as I confirmed days prior to coming in.

The person who did my brows didn't pay attention to my requirements. Asked to keep my brows full with room to grow. Instead I now have thin brows with really sharp shape. They have trimmed the brows way too much! Disappointed.

What a pleasant experience - thoughtful, experienced and a great result. Thank you, and expect a regular booking!

I had a great experience with Kimberly today, she really listed and understood what I wanted. I had a terrible experience with another salon I tried due to the lockdowns etc last year but have now regained my confidence again thanks to my fabulous full brows and beautiful shape. I started just with a tint as I was nervous however I was thrilled with the result. Highly recommend. Unfortunately I am not close to the salon but will continue to make the trip. I'm sure if the owners wanted to open another salon in inner west Melbourne it would be very popular!

Had my first ever lash lift today and felt like a princess! The salon is beautifully decorated and welcoming and Florentina was most enthusiastic about her work. She was friendly and professional and I love the results.

Beautiful stylish setup. The most professional staff and such a relaxing experience. Even gave me a little face massage whilst the lash tint was setting. I feel like I could go there every week, it was bliss

Such a good salon. They take the time to map your eyebrows and ask what you want. They are gentle and even finish with an amazing facial massage. Highly recommend.
