Ardour took great care of my eyelashes recommending the best type for shape and depth. Took extra time to make sure they got it right. Very much appreciated, will be back.

I had a great experience with Maya! Maya was very talented and made sure I understood the process and was happy with the results. I'm in love with my lash lift and brow lamination and shaping + tinting! Maya was also so gentle which I really appreciated around the delicate eye area. Also had absolutely no discomfort from the eyelash tint which has never happened for me when I have got my lashes tinted at different studios! Also super happy with the shape of my brows. Thanks Ardour and Maya! Look forward to returning!

I know someone who had a $100 voucher but due to extended lockdown, it expired before it could be used. They refused to honour the voucher. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

A positive outcome has come about since posting this review. My friend is going to have her voucher honoured. Thankyou management for reconsidering your earlier stance.

Have previously had great experience here. I came for my usual brow wax and tint two weeks ago and unfortunately experienced skin ripped off in multiple area resulting in unsightly redness and then scabbing. I tried to call the salon but couldn't get through so sent two emails asking for advice which have still not been replied to. Last week I contacted then via Facebook and received a message stating someone would call me. 5 days on and I have heard absolutely nothing.

I am very disappointed to have been treated this way especially as a regular customer. To have had my emails completely ignored is not good enough. Ardour have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but then do not respond to clients requests for help. I am sure they will reply asking me to call them but it is hard to get an answer when the salon is busy during the day. A simple reply to my email would have been appreciated. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
