My husband had his xmas party here. Probably the best party ever. Food was great and they had a well stocked bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of arcade games to enjoy as well as ten pin bowling and dodgem cars. An excellent night out. Highly recommend.

Customer Service is beyond poor. I left a ring on the bowling alley seating and called the contact number as soon as I left. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I called back 17 times and the same thing. I left a message on the so called contact email enquiry and it took 4 days for some one to call me back only to leave a message to say call them back on the contact number to which I was on hold for another 20 minutes. Why is there no way to reach anyone, what happens in an emergency? You can have all the bells and whistles you like of somewhere looking like a great place but you are lacking in basic customer service and follow up enquires by staff. I have no idea if my ring has been handed in but now with the delay I'm sure it's a long shot. It shows an absolute lack in caring about your customers once they have paid and left. I expect someone to call and this time at least leave a number I can call back on. Absolute rubbish.

Honestly, it wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but I had a good time anyways, as the staff were super amazing. Shout out to the guy in the Waluigi hat for being a good sport when I asked him to WAA, and the chick in the tellytubby onesie for being really sweet

Ordered food and drinks on their QR code at the table. After 30mins I asked how long it would be, only to be told they didn’t get the order (paid and debited money). I wasn’t bothered until they took another 30mins to make the food and no apology at all! Staff definitely need to be better trained in dealing with events like this. Won’t be back.

This place is amazing. It has everything you need, from arcade games to VR games. Definitely a good place for a date and hanging with friends. Highly recommend checking it out. We had tons of fun here.

Attending Archie Brothers tonight was such a lovely experience, especially after being provided the service of a friendly staff name Aleks making the whole night a much for enjoyable experience. Will be back!

It was our first ever experience at Archie’s and Aleks and Beth made it very memorable and easygoing! They ensured everything ran smoothly and kept in touch with every one in the party to make sure there were no problems and that everyone was having a good time. It was an awesome experience for the family/ we had a lot of fun there and staff was helpful. We also got to do some arcade games as we had to wait for our lane, thanks to the generosity of the staff

My friends and I had a great VR experience in Zero Latency. Leroy and his trainee Zac made the experience fun and exciting. And we had a good laugh while setting up. Best customer service! Thanks guys

One of my favourite places to go. It's like an adult arcade. Bowling, dodgem cars and plenty of fun games. Has a bar inside with heaps of variety. Has a photo booth too which i loved. Staff are very friendly and always smiling. Went for my work party too. Such a vibe.

Super friendly staff and arcade! Lots of games and fun. Would’ve been 5 stars if not for the staff member at the bumper cars. She was the only staff member at the arcade who was incredibly rude and made it such an awful experience for all of us involved - ruined the vibe quite steeply. Lucky we ended the night happy with a different game run by lovely staff!

Had a great time here with the kids.
Good mix of arcade games, dodgems, laser tag and bowling.
Only criticism would be that you don't get as many tickets from games as some other arcades.

This place is SO fun! Huge variety of games, bowling, bumper cars and even laser tag. Some cool food options and delicious cocktails! So much fun for all ages, family day out, or us big kids for an adults only venue from certain times. Loved it!

I thought the overall experience was great, however I don’t feel as though it differentiates hugely from Timezone. The games are virtually the same, but you do get the opportunity to do a virtual rider and dodgem cars. Personally, I wouldn’t go hugely out of my way to go there, but I still thought it was a fun time.

We celebrated our son's 16th birthday party here and it was an enjoyable event not only for the kids but also for the adults. The host (Jackie) was really patient and promptly attended to all our needs. A big thank you to all at Archie brothers.
