We were expecting amazing but the Fernwood cottage exceeded even our high expectations. Michael and Leslie are both wonderful and Max helped my now fiance prepare to propose to me. Arcadia cottages come with our very highest recommendations. Thank you so much guys
Absolutely blown away. 40 mins from centre of Melbourne and it felt a lifetime away. Everything was spot on and it was so private it felt like you were the only person out there. Beautiful cottages, excellent service, completely romantic and absolutely worth a stay
Amazing experience in the Olinda Cottage! I can't wait to go back and try all of the other cottages at Arcadia! The hot tub was definitely a highlight and the complimentary Port was a nice touch!
Stunning accommodation and surrounds. Beautiful welcoming owners. My favourite is the Fernwood Cottage.
Service was rude, we called ahead to let them know that we were running a bit late due to traffic conditions on the road and they sounded very irate after we told them that we would be running late (which I thought was doing them a favor).
When we arrived they treated us quite coldly and managed to extort a $548 bond because my card was declined once (I use the word extort as it very much felt like this).
Bottom line, Staff were rude.
This was an AMAZING place to stay. Me and my partner stayed in the Olinda cottage and it was everything we could of hoped for and more. The cottage was beautifully set within lovely green surroundings like something out of a fairytale. They had the wood fire burning ready for our arrival and we have never stayed anywhere cosier than this cottage. We wish it was our home all year round!
