Incredible! The property is simply beautiful, the Forest Cabin was so peaceful and relaxing. Jess went above and beyond to make my stay delightful.

Jessica and her team are incredibly accommodating. I arranged my proposal at Arcadia after having stayed there a year or so prior. Jessica helped me with all my arrangements and made it a seamless experience.

I could not recommend it more for it's location, amazing rooms and incredible staff.

We needed a well deserved little get away since giving birth to our beautiful son and I can say we will be back.

Attention to detail was unreal- from a brekky basket to having the heater and fireplace on and ready for us! Also very clean- all the cups and cutlery were shiny and bathroom was beautiful!

The perfect getaway. Our cottage was a treat with spa and beautiful enclosed out door space.
Room and kitchen/ dining is plenty big enough for a romantic weekend getaway.
The driveway to our cottage could give you the impression you are secluded.
BBQ are supplied

Amazing stay at fernwood cottage was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend it is something out of a fairytale. The spa is amazing and the indoor fireplace is a massive plus worth the cost of the stay!

Cannot rate this place highly enough. Jess and her team are terrific hosts, the accommodation is in complete serenity amongst the forest, and the spa and fireplace were amazing.

We'll definitely be back in the future and recommend it to our friends.

We spent two nights at one of the Arcadia Cottages and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Jess was outstanding in her ability to anticipate all needs and to make our stay as wonderful as possible. A beautiful property that we will be visiting again. Within walking distance to the beautiful rhododendron gardens and short drives to walks around forests and other lovely gardens.
It was a perfect respite from our work lives.

The owner is amazing, highly accommodating and kind. The place is lovely, hot tub divine. Cottage beautiful. Would come back next time for a longer stay.

We stayed at the Fernwood Cottage? Cottage was perfect! Private spa room, comfortable bed, couch and arm chair. Great fireplace. Kitchen was quite big for the size of the cottage.

Bathroom was very spacious and had quite we were given quite a few shampoos and towels etc.

Jess gave us an amazing experience by greeting us and putting cute heart chocolates everywhere. Complimentary platter on arrival was awesome and the breakfast basket was full of cereals, snacks, eggs and other things.

I'm so happy with our stay here. Just perfection.

I had the best time at the cottages. I could not find one flaw, it was absolutely beautiful. The owner was incredible and spoiled myself and my partner. The cottage was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality, meats and extra treats included. The cabin itself was very very clean and well maintained. The glass house was very relaxing and the spa was just wonderful. Just what we needed.highly recommend!

Just finished a 2 night weekend getaway at Arcadia Cottages treehouse room and enjoyed every moment of the serenity surrounded bliss! Jess was an incredible hostess going above and beyond to ensure our comforts. From the divine in room log fire, fabulous cheese platter on arrival and cute breakfast basket and staples which fuelled both mornings of our stay, we had a thoroughly relaxing and memorable getaway! Would highly recommend and already look forward to returning again in future to discover the other rooms in the Arcadia Cottages selection

I cannot get through via phone, no response to email and unable to book online. This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and I want to book again. Please let me know if you are still operating? Thank you.

Was reflecting a a visit some time ago, and looked up the reviews and saw they treated other people in a similar way. Thought I'd leave mine here too.

Staff were INCREDIBLY rude, acted as if we were trying to sneak pets in for some reason.it was very weird. We weren't, our cats don't even like to leave the house, why would we take them into the mountains.
After that rudeness, we were asked to pay the balance, I remarked that my partner would be using his card. They said I had to use the same card I booked with otherwise they couldn't charge it. Lies.

I had lost my wallet a couple days prior, so they said they had to charge the full amount to my partners card, why? So we paid the full amount.
They were rude throughout our stay and made us feel uncomfortable.
They then refused to refund the initial money unless I gave them a letter from my bank. This is completely illegal of them. I even showed them the payment statement of the deposit, as they said they couldnt be sure of my identity to process the refund. Lies. I didn't have to show them anything, but I did as I needed my money back.
They still refused to refund and accused me of fraud. How was I committing fraud? They are the ones litterally stealing my money.

I finally got my money back, what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into weeks of stress, nevermind how short on cash we were that weekend having to pay the full amount again.
When i left a trip advisor review, before they had refunded my money, they responded doubling down on me trying to scam them somehow. Again, how? Buy paying them hundreds and hundreds more than we needed too? Great scam.

They then said in check out inspection they were 'unable to find anything wrong' so their attitude there shows, they clearly really tried and were hoping to, to try and find another way to illegally keep my money

Could not advise people more to stay somewhere else, and spend your money where they aren't rude and borderline crinlminal.

Stayed in the Olinda cottage with my wife for 3 nights.the cottage itself is absolutely stunning and very well maintained.the grounds and surround areas are absolutely pristine.the service we received was above and beyond with clear communication and proper customer service.the cottage was packed full of beautiful little extras and the breakfast provisions are fantastic.the owners were lovely and friendly and we totally enjoyed relaxing and forgetting that there is even a pandemic happening in the world.very romantic and the hot tub was an absolute winner.would highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic weekend away.

I stayed in the Olinda Cottage for 4 nights. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. All the little touches really made love this place, from the classical music playing as I entered to the sound of the fireplace. The greenery around means you're completely separated from the other cottages. The hot tub is soo nice to enjoy after a day of hiking in the Dandenongs. The breakfast provisions were nice to have, as it meant you could have a lazy morning. Would highly recommend
