Had a call in the afternoon letting me know my 4x4 will be ready for collection at 9am in the morning. I arrive at 9am and left at 12pm. They didnt take my car for its test drive and then they fiddled with the computer for a couple hours. They didnt have my deposit on file so needed to verify that. OMG how can ARB employ people so incompetent. My new car had dirt and dust through the interior. I questioned that and the sales person said "oh we should have checked that before ". Very disappointing experience. I should have given my money to Ironman down the road. At least they ans genuinely helpful a d appreciate your business. ARB has lost my business.

See attached photos- The worst customer service one can hope for was served cold, rude and in the most ruthless and disrespectful manner. After spending over $40,000 in genuine ARB accessories between my two vehicles, I went in after having rung in advance twice first in Feb and one a couple of days ago to pick a replacement set of covers for my ARB intensity Lights under warranty due to the product being from a faulty batch. Initially I had gone to an ARB store interstate during our travels around Australia and shown them faulty item, which they accepted will be replaced under warranty no questions asked but had no stock. Upon our return to Melbourne, rang ARB head office Kilsyth and explained our ordeal to the guy on the phone who said he’ll order the replacement and call me back when they are in stock. Never head from him. Rang again nearly 4 months later and of course the bloke does not remember our conversation. Lucky I keep very good notes of not just the name of who I spoke to but date and time also. Asked to come in next but never told if I needed to bring anything with me and now wanted to charge me $160 for the item refusing warranty. I produced my invoice clearly showing over $22,000 of accessories fitted on just the one car with the faulty item included. He mocked me to my face and said I’d need to bring the faulty item as they don’t just give out items like that not once mentioning that I would need to bring it with me. I offered to send the faulty item via post but no he was hell bent on humiliating me and making me feel as if I was lying and that’s after all the phone conversations we’ve had. We are off on another trip and they wanted to send the item to an arb store near us. Forget about it, I had to drive all the way back home, take off the faulty covers and bring them to this egotistic, rude and inefficient, miserable person who Cleary hates his job and loads his rubbish on loyal customer that I once was. Never again will I ever put anything ARB on any of my vehicles and will gladly share this experience when feedback is sought.

If you are after 4WD product and accessories, these guys are the 'go to in my opinion. Pay a premium, but get a premium quality. For my vehicle, would not use anything else

Useless. Like talking to a brick wall. Gave up after 10 minutes on the phone of the parts saleswoman umm'ing and ahh'ing.

Went to PSI 4x4 in Ferntree Gully. Got sorted there quickly.

Outraged you claimed $9.8m in JobKeeper payments over the 6 months to Dec 2020 while reporting a profit of $54m. In your annual report you say you pocketed $9.5m in the previous 6 months, even though you said "Sales rebounded strongly in May resulting in consecutive record sales months". All your customers know that after a month of so of uncertainty, the 4WD accessories business has been given a massive boost over the last year. It is just immoral to take taxpayer money intended to support the many businesses that are struggling. Makes me wonder about how you run the rest of the business. Always been an ARB fan. Been talking to one of your outlets re a full rig for my upcoming Prado. I don't trust companies I see as immoral and won't buy from companies I don't trust.

I've never had a problem with ARB until the other day when I went in to get replacement parts for an air compressor, the staff member told me they don't sell them at which stage I told him they do and he gave in and had a look. He found they do in fact have them and they were under the counter. Then he tried to tell me that they never break so he never sells parts for them, to which I replied that I have made a good living from rebuilding ARB compressors over the past few years. Staff member was trying to make an up-sell instead of doing his job, and even lied about it and tried to cover up the lie. Poor form, he brought the company down to 2 stars instead of 5.

Excellent post sale service. Canopy side window shattered inexplicably after 8 years. Originally fitted at Kilsyth ARB and still held the receipt. John was excellent and agreed to replace the window as a gesture of good will. Job done with the week.

Attended today and spoke to sales member Pat. We explained that we have recently purchased a new land cruiser and were looking at products to apply to our vehicle prior to delivery. Pat was absolutely by far one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. His knowledge of all the products he was supplying was brilliant. He took us out to look at cars in the car park to show us different suspension set ups and took the time to explain absolutely everything in detail. He provided us with current price lists and their current catalogue. He was at no point pushy for a sale, he just provided honest and easy to understand answers to all our questions. Cant recommend this store highly enough. Pat, thank you again and we will be back!

2018 Y62 Patrol (series 4).
Thankfully ARB have released a bullbar finally!
Summit bar looks really good.
Hopefully more support for Nissan in the future.
29/5/19 Summit Bar ordered today.
3/9/19 Had the Summit Bar a month now and ARB have done a really great job, it fits the shape of the car beautifully and all the parking sensors and camera work like standard. Such a good quality bar and I love my new ARB series 2 combo Intensity light bar

What could I say? I walk by every morning, early, I see some of their employees entering the premises and, sometimes, I have to be quick otherwise could be run over. Evidently all are very keen to go to work. Also at the end of the day the run is on the reverse and our street is considered a good racing circuit.

Good stuff but overpriced and not even affordable, shame on this huge Australian company can't fix the price for Australian customers we have to fitting Chinese stuff for even less than half price ARB asking! The money should Australian hard workers earning goes to overseas! Just shame ARB if you see my review you just making stuff for fatty rich people don't know even offroad just buying your product for just looks nice and brand!

We had a roof rack fitted yesterday.
Although we booked the job in weeks ago it took over 5 hours to finish the job which is why I've given it a low score.
The rack itself appears to be well fitted and the price was ARB OK.
Up to the day of the fitting communications were good but during the fitting we were not kept informed regarding timing.
When our job was pre scheduled we don't understand why a job that should only have needed an hour required our car for over 5 hours to complete.

You pay more here for the name ARB but the gear is offten Australian made and certainly Australian tested, local jobs, knowledgable staff and a great showroom make it a place not to be overlooked when buy 4x4 gear.

ARB dual cab canopy 2.5 yrs old rear window blown out while car parked for a week in Queensland mild temperatures 18_31 C. I rang head office and would have to say this score could have been lower. I have had many ARB products in the past with no issues. First product that I believe there is an issue, l was given the cold shoulder as "sir there was a stone chip and weather change. " Well ARB that may or may not have been the case but l maintain my vehicle regularly and have never identified any marks in the rear window. So. Buyer beware of your rear glass window. Ps went a local ARB shop guys helpful they would be 4star

Dear ARB 4 days after I had a rear canopy blow out I have had a side window blown out. Interesting that staff first call is you have someone throwing rocks. Maybe staff need to look where they live as we are not in that style of neighbour hood. Rather than say well this is weird it was all about your product not having any issues. So thanks ARB for making me feel like a second rate citizen that.s good customer relations.

So from my perspective I would question the value of an ARB canopy.
