Old Man Eum springs and customer service worst company to deal with
Has made our car unsafe to tow have done nothing but try to blame me for there stuff up after spending thousands with ARB Biggera waters
They have lost my business

Marcus provided unusually professional service. He went above and beyond to help me find a business who could supply and fit a new bull bar and hard id for my 2023 For Ranger XLT. He literally spent 30 mins on the phone, finding someone to help me as I drove across multiple states. Thank you Marcus for your care, knowledge and genuine desire to help me. You are an asset to ARB!

Absolutely terrible customer service. So arrogant and staff at the store think like they’re above all other 4x4 shops or something. Almost like they were frustrated if I had a question.

They will steal all your new car parts if they can, even they signed the contract to keep the parts for you, when you chase them for your parts and property, they would try to lie to you to give it back next Month, but eventually never ever!

I send them a complaint letter to their email, and called more than 5 times.they never come back to me!

They just brunch of dishonest group with rubbish business reputation!

ARB's poor workmanship caused my cars CV joint to fail because the bolts that they had done up came loose. ARB didn't accept any responsibility for the damage or help with the cost of repair. Fair enough if someone makes a mistake but extremely poor behavior of the business to not help a customer in this situation.

Dreadful warranty support, OME constant 600kg rear spring failure within the OME warranty period, the S/Cab vehicle is within it's GVM and is not even a 4WD, it is only a 2WD that has never been off road. ARB Canberra have been negative in going about honoring / backing up the product warranty and the staff / branch manager has no understanding of the OME product, very poor experience. I urge people to look elsewhere for suspension products

Had the guys install long range tank to defender and did a great job. Great prompt service and very helpful.

Best customer service. We are one of ARB biggest dealers in Canada and when comes to customer service and product knowledge, I see every little detail. I’ve been to Kilsyth location numerous times and it has always been an amazing experience but this time Kim the manager took that experience to a whole nother level. There are other ARB stores around that I usually stop by every time I’m visiting AUS and unfortunately usually they are not as good, which makes me sad being an ARB fanatic. I’ve owned 4x4 shops in 3 continents for the past 14 years and have always been an ARB dealer with pride. When it comes down to the 4x4 world no other brand comes even close (given the variety of their products). Highly recommend ARB Kilsyth for getting work done on your truck.

Very helpful and patient even with my 1000 questions. Really liked the look of the Accent canopy and drawers.

Popped in to get a quote, for some future 4x4 assessorys we are think of. Managed to spot the new Ford Ranger Wildtrak V6 in the car park, fully equipped, nice. I especially liked the new bull bar setup. Looking forward to returning when some of the other accessories become available.

Just a drop off but my son used to work there and always spoke well of the company, my other son trying out for job! We'll see.

In general I’ve found most of the staff extremely helpful, but today experienced arrogance and rude customer service. Disappointing one individual can put you off spending money in store.

Attended a Christmas function here, had a great time with staff and visitors alike. Fantastic event, shows the company cares imo. ARB rocks!

Just spoke with Kim on the phone who was very pleasant to speak to, helpful and went the extra mile to help source a rear canopy window glass for me so that I can get it fixed asap. Quoted a slightly better price also than I had been given previously at another ARB store. Hopefully all goes well with the fitting of it, and I will review my rating afterwards. Thanks Kim

While travelling Queensland had a problem with my ascent canopy. Could not open the tailgate without using the spare key. Sent off a quick email seeking advice. Within the hour got a call from Scott telling me what the issues would be and how any ARB supplier could fix it. In the interim the problem seemed to correct itself. I really appreciated the prompt call and advice. Always good customer service, thanks Scott.

Top of the range 4x4 accessories. Great show room. Plenty on display. Staff are very knowledgeable. They have used most items before so can help customers and explain how to and why in detail.
