Ararat Colonial Lodge Motel

Clean rooms friendly helpful staff we were arriving late in teaming rain when arrived the heating and bedside lamps as a more hospitable welcome. Great location handy to shops and food. Love the bay windows.

Fantastic and friendly service when we were caught out after our car broke down and we needed accomodation at very short notice.
Nice and clean and comfortable.

Not impressed with the motel, payed extra for the king executive room and it failed to even have a phone in the room, also missing cutlery and limited supplies eg spare towels ect, considering it is a upgraded room it is far from satisfactory.

I recommend staying at this motel. The manager is very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to park my car there for 3 nights even though I was only staying there for one night - just to help me out! The rooms were clean, tidy and sizeable - and conveniently located (not too close to trucks on the main road). I will be staying there again next time I am in country Vic. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff with a location only a couple minutes walk to the city centre. Loved our stay, with Foxtel, a great DVD collection and classic motel charm making it a very relaxing stay. Recommend calling to try and get a better rate also!

We received excellent service for a late arrival and returning a forgotten item. The rooms are larger than average and very comfortable and quiet. A great location for an overnight stay on a long journey.
