- No vegetables in Pad Thai, only onions. Moreover no nuts in Pad Thai, almost no sprouts, it was quiet plane.
- Prawn crackers are not good, also were served without a sauce.
- The portion of Pad See Ew was quiet small, chicken was dry.

Superb food on lunch service and amazing prices.

Would highly recommend. Will be back.

The food was actually nice. But over two wait on a Tuesday is ridiculous. We ordered directly thru Arani’s own website because I don’t trust delivery services like Uber etc, but the food was delivered via third party. We had no confirmation email of the order, no text confirmation. I called at the hour mark and apparently the food was there waiting for a driver. Well an hour after being made we finally received it. However the delivery driver didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell. When we checked the door, the food was sitting at the door step cold.like seriously! How hard is it to ring a door bell! I know it works! Not good enough.

If I could rate it zero I would. Took almost 2 hours to get our food and constantly getting told it was close. 10 other people experiencing the same thing. Don’t not order takeaway from here unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food.

Food is good but there is scope of improvement. Overall average experience. One can try this place for thai foods.

Dined in. Order not taken for nearly an hour. Wrong menu items brought out. When we finally got some food after 2 hours, at least 2 other tables nearby who arrived after we did, had ordered, eaten, and left before us. Food was quite nice, but they do not have a vegan menu now. Chairs were very uncomfortable and one in our party was a disabled, elderly person. We felt very bad about this dining experience. Just being honest.

Food was quite good, fresh and tasty, perhaps a little heavy on vegetables and light on meat, but we will go back again.

My wife came and picked up a take away order, the girl behind the counter was rude and didn't even thank her for ordering food. Grab the money and handed food and said something. Very disappointing and we come there all the time.

Appalling service. We ordered online at 5.45pm. The order was to be ready at 6.36 pm. Three times we went in to collect and three times they asked us to wait a further 10 more mins. 30 mins extra and still waiting. Obviously their ordering system does not work. Will never go here again.

If you are a delivery driver, don’t deliver for them. Really unprofessional staff fake you 10 minutes ready then let you wait more 30 minutes. Definitely waste your time

Good place if you do takeaway. Sat for over an hour and watched tables that came after us get their food before my friend and I gave up and asked for it to be takeaway where they expedited it after realising how long we’d waited.

Food was amazing. Best Thai food we have had in Geelong. So many options and everything was delicious. We will 100% be back.

Theres no soap at all in the mens toilet. So how do the chefs wash their hands? I guess they dont.

The food is always great when you dine in but our takeaway experience has been very poor. Ordered a Hokkien noodle dish and was sent something with hardly any noodles and all soggy. Really disappointed.

By far my favourite Thai place, I've followed this place for years (and I mean years) from previous locations and different names and I know the owner and staff have all changed at various points but I tell you what, the quality has never dipped! The gang massaman is legitimately the best I've ever had, the Pad Thai and perfect, to this day I've never had a bad meal there. I've eaten there, had take away, I've done the mad frantic work lunch run. Every single person I've taken has loved it and it's amazingly cheap for the quality of food they give you. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about them. Highly recommend.

The wait for takeaway on 2 occasions was 3 hours. Both times I asked if I could have some fish sauce with chilli as an accompaniment but was told 'we don't have fish sauce" How do you manage to cook Thai food without the staple of fish sauce? It was a vey obvious lie.

My order is confirmed. Then I get there and waited for 30mins. Later my order canceled, because no fish.
Maybe next time before you confirm customers’ order make sure the kitchen got everything. Not wasting customers’ time.
