The Encore centre was beautiful and we organised. It was the 1st time here attending a Bangali festival and performing a gig. Liked the place.

A great place for the family. The swimming pools are well heated and the facilities are excellent. The gym is large with modern equipment. The staff are switched on with plenty of lifeguards patrolling the pools.

Been a member for two years and I absolutely love the facilities and environment here. Family friendly and super clean. If you’re a local I wouldn’t look past this. You don’t only join a gym but you join a community. Morning brekky, weekly challenges, personal training, sauna/spa, every single staff member is knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. No faults.

Heated pools and a huge playzone with water slides. Swimming lessons also available. Multiple pools and gets very crowded. Well managed during covid and numbers restricted. Safe and clean. Plenty of lifeguards always circling the pools. Membership is reasonable.

Good swimming options, something for everyone. Kids were too scared to go into the dropping buckets area, but others were having a great time in there!

Nice amenity but need more emphasis on cleaning the change room and bathrooms. But overall awesome place to spend some quality time with your family. The staff is quite friendly and approachable.

Covid safe procedures in place, plenty of lockers and showers. The warmer rehab pool was the perfect temperature for my bub to enjoy. The play area and beach entry are great for kids too

Highly Recommend this facility. It is well maintained and has great COVID-19 safety protocols in place. Young friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. 5 Stars.

This review is strictly toward the aquatics facility and not their gym.

I swim every week and I'm quite disappointed with management. Men's change rooms are a joke. Half of the latches don't even work for the showers and the water pressure is so inconsistent. We're also being charged full price for a pool that's in my opinion only half open. The sauna / steam room, spa and waterslides are all closed during covid and they expect us to pay 7.70 / 9.90 for off peak / peak times respectively for Adult entry. On top of that, the warm water pool isn't even warm.

They don't get everything wrong though, in fact, there's a lot to like about Aquapulse.

When the water slides are open they're quite fun to go on. You're definitely gonna get your money's worth on those. There's not much to complain about the 50m pool. There's enough lanes for there to always be a free lane whenever you want to get your session on and the sauna and steam room are a nice perk when they're open. I usually go there to relax after my swimming session. The whole facility is quite spacious so it never feels like it's too overwhelming whenever there's a lot of people.

I definitely would recommend this pool once all the facilities are open that I have mentioned earlier, and for the money, it's actually reasonable.

If they can amend some of these issues that I have, then this definitely would be an A class facility.

I reckon this may be the best gym for the price in the western suburb. Just the out right cleanliness and amazing service from the staff alone justifies the 5 stars. Range of gym equipment and facility to be fully used.

Good aquatic centre. Staff are helpful. Excellent aquatherapy pool.

Memberships are unfortunately a joke. No family option, no seasonal option and they are massively overpriced. You're much better of paying as you go unless you're doing 4 days a week there.

Biggest negative for me is no Veteran/DVA discount.

It got sooo run down in just two years. Every time something is closed due to a malfunction. The big slide is the main victim. Not much to do with a child, chances are both you and your child will freeze as you can't go to saunas, jacuzzi or warm pool.

Slides not working - Tell your customers when they arrive NOT when they've already paid.
Maybe next time, replace them in Winter instead of the Xmas period.
We were planning a kids party in mid Jan but with no guarantee of the slides working, we'll find somewhere else. Very Disappointing.

Nice facilities which are ideal for the older generation and young children. Plenty of lockers avail to secure your gear.

Their needs to be more recreational swimming space in the second or medium pool.and they are not heated pools my kids were shivering their assets off
