Great place, great for adults and kids and infants. Lot of water activity available, pools, heated pools, jacuzzi, changing rooms, lockers and all.

No wristband offered to a child without being asked by customer + Charging entry fee 15 mins before closing without warning + No warning for earlier closing (10 min earlier than official closing hour) before entry + Arrogant reception, telling customer that they "should check website", neglecting responsibility of information sharing from the service. Conclusion: a robot receptionist might do a better job.

Great venue for kids and adults. The large slide with 4 people in them had my 2 sons, myself and my mother, was hilarious, and a touch scary! Fun day!

Went here for a children's party. 2 hours hire for a birthday space isn't much time to hold. No aircon in this room but they do provide a small table fan that doesn't do much. They also don't give you much time to set up prior. Nice kids play pool, sauna, heated pool and larger cold deep pool. Did not get to go on the water slide. Make sure you watch your kids too. Lifeguards are very strict on that.

For older folk this is a great place. There are hot water spas and a hot water pool. The pool has in-water exercise equipment. Easy going. Many older visitors just do their own exercises and end with a back massage from the jet pools. Nice facilities. Energetic staff. You should check out the annual membership deal at the moment.

There for a COVID TEST. Staff are unbelievable, polite, helpful, doing a first class job. Just be patient and they will get to everyone.

Me and my mum are regulars, we enjoy the machines in the water and have developed a sort of routine that makes going to the pool both healthy and enjoyable. Only downside is that during covid just recently, the temperature was too low. But it seems that they keep track of the temperature and have it shown at the front entry. Hopefully they can fix the sitting spa jets soon.

Bit pricey. When kids play pool and areobics are on its extremely loud.
Staff are nice. Warm pool has been quite cold lately

Great modern equipment. A miriad of classes to attend. Great pools. Awesome friendly staff. We’ll worth it.

Good facilities. Some of the Staff are rude and unprofessional (the one young guy in front of the sauna) He thinks he’s someone who run the whole world! Hope management will deal with his attitude issues

Exceptionally bad kids swimming program. Instructors are great but management team were rude and unhelpful. Their attitude prompted me to discontinue my membership.
After they told me my membership was cancelled, they continued to charge me. When I found out and disputed the matter they refused to refund me.

Johnathan helpful nature is amazing. He was really helpful in finding my lost cards. Went beyond normal standards of service one would expect. Wish could give an extra star just for Jonathan.

Great place when it's not school holidays or a weekend when there is alot of screaming kids, but other than that it's got a magnificent gym and pool facilities

Best swimming pool in the wyndham. My boys loves the play area. The hygiene got improved after COVID.

I have been a member of Aquapulse for over 5 years and it is the best gym and pool I have been to in the Western Suburbs by far.

The group fitness classes are run by the best, most passionate, energetic and motivating group fitness trainers who you can tell love what they do.

The trainers really care about making everyone feel welcome as well as making sure everyone gets the most out of their training sessions or class.

Whether you are a first timer or regular and regardless of your level of fitness all the classes can be tailored to suit your needs.

The actual gym equipment and machines are still in really good condition, get cleaned regularly and feel as good as new.

I have also found that majority of the members are also really lovely which makes the whole overall feeling of being at the gym really enjoyable.

CHARGING $2 FOR A LOCKER EACH VISIT FOR BEING A MEMBER OF FITNESS PASSPORT IS A TOTAL DISGRACE! NO OTHER GYM IN AUSTRALIA

Too many people in the heated pool. Felt the water was too hot. Had a snack there but no taste and very dry. Had a schnitzel wrap that was toasted. Wasn't asked if I wanted it that way. Would have wanted it plain and a bit of mayo wouldn't have gone astray to make it more moist. Not eating there again. Coffee isn't even hot
