Very impressed with APS Double glazing, the entire experience from the initial consultation with Julie right to the installation with Jackson and Arron it was 5 star all the way.

Julie ensured we had a complete understanding of the process before we signed the paperwork. Simon came out for the technical measurement check (measure twice and cut once)

On the day of the installation Jackson and Arron arrived on time were methodical in preparing the worksite to ensure that everything would be protected inside the house and right down to the shelving in our garage that Jackson used as a work station

The boys finished ahead of time and left the house and garage spotless cannot wait for the next installation and are really enjoying the peace and quiet from our usually noisy traffic in the street.

APS Double Glazing was impressive with both the service we received from our initial contact with Simon and the guys who installed the windows. We absolutely love our new windows as the product is of great quality and does everything as promised eg.noise reduction is very apparent.

I was not impressed with this company's sales tactics. They jack up the price by 40% and pretend to give you a "40% discount", well in fact the "discounted price" is the real price you can get everywhere else. They try and make out like they're "helping you out" but it's just another way of ripping you off and could see straight through it. A total scam and left a bad taste in my mouth. Better to be honest then to lie to people. Would not recommend this company to anyone. There are more honest and genuine companies out there that I have found. Waste of time going through this mob.

The team at APS did a fantastic job, right from the start. They had great suggestions and alternatives to help us choose what type of windows we wanted and what finish to put on them. The windows look great, and we have noticed a substantial improvement in both temperature control and noise reduction. Very happy.

Very happy with the product, the thermal efficiency of the windows is excellent, and the windows look wonderful. We had some issues with installation and timing, but I'm satisfied with the way the company dealt with these. It's not about being perfect, it's about the way mistakes are dealt with, and I'm happy with the outcome.

We had a large window put in to replace our worn, weathered and rotting timber one. I had a few concerns about ever getting it done because builders either never returned calls or failed to send through quotes.

The team at APS Double Glazing did a great job from beginning to end. They accommodated our needs and budget, and masterfully handled the logistics of a limited/difficult access. At all times, they were clear about the the process and schedule.

We couldn't be more impressed with quality of the window as well.

The installation team were very obliging and helpful. The installation was quicker than expected, and they did an exceptional job cleaning up afterwards. They're really nice guys who do good work.

It's often daunting spending money on significant home improvements but I have no problem recommending, or using, APS Double Glazing in the future. We have plenty more windows for them now.

APS installed double glazing to 3/4 of my property's windows and the back door. There is a significantly noticeable difference in temperature between rooms that have double glazing and rooms that don't. The visability from inside and improvement of the property's appearance absolutely astounded me. It's amazing. APS has excellent communication and were reachable when I had questions. Any missed phone calls were returned the same day. The staff were courteous and friendly. They turned up on time, worked solidly finishing the work a day earlier than expected. My only criticism is the putty work filling the previous doors hinge spaces was a little rough and needs touching up before painting. This however, could be due to the significant space that neededfilling. And a tech is returning next week to definitely intend to use APS for the future installations. These guys really give you all the facts and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

We recently had our downstairs doors and windows replaced by the team at APS Double Glazing. Throughout this project we have been throughly impressed by the quality of the product - it is sensational - and professionalism of the team.

The whole operation is superb - first consultation (with Simon) included a hands-on with the product, the measurement and quote was thorough, a staggered payment plan was provided, and there were regular comms and updates throughout. On top of this, the installation team (Ross and Pip) were experts: fast, skilful, and with a keen eye for detail.

We're very happy with the results and are continuing with upstairs!

Thank you APS Double Glazing, Simon, Shane and Jackson delivered my new windows and doors on time and and with great attention to detail. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved. I wasn't expecting the reveals to be primed and all nail holes filled. All I had to do was paint a top coat and hang the blinds - easy! The side of the house is on a public walkway and I immediately noticed the reduced level of external noise. They look so good I think I may need to do some more windows!

Absolutely fabulous! Product is awesome, workmanship is awesome and install was brilliant (Including attention to detail). We have a mudbrick which has very unconventional window and door sizes and this was accounted for and accommodated for. Simon and Nina were also great to deal with and very honest and lovely people who have high standards for their products and installers and their before and after service was amazing too. 11/10 from me!

Besides the physical transformation we are so pleased with how much warmer our house is and the noise reduction. The window fitters were friendly and very professional. I have installed a full house of APS double glazed windows and apart from a hiccup at installation, I can recommend the product and service provided as exceptional. I have experienced a lovely warm winter with little help from the heating unit and my windows look fantastic. I love my new windows.
