I had a great experience with APS from the initial quote to installation a few weeks ago. Julie was prompt in coming out to my home near Bacchus Marsh (when other double glazing companies were reluctant to come out so far) to discuss my needs and give me a quote. She took the time to explain uPVC double glazing, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns patiently. The quote was very competitive and offered good value for money. Julie and the admin team (special mention to Tina as well) did their best to have my windows manufactured in a timely manner and have them installed on a date that suited my work commitments. I appreciated that they were flexible in accommodating this request for me. The installation crew (Richie, Zoran and David) came in a timely manner, were very polite, friendly and professional. They finished the work ahead of schedule and cleaned up after them. I was very pleased with their work. Upon final payment, I received my warranty certificate. Very pleased with my double glazing windows. It has helped significantly with noise reduction, so much so that we can now sleep through the construction works happening next door. They were also able to match the colour of external framing (grey) to Bodycorp standards. Thanks APS!

We just had our 5 new windows and 1 sliding door installed from APS Double Glazing in our home. We are very happy with them and are appreciative for the care that was taken while installing these windows and door. The outside noise is reduced significantly. Our windows are very easy to clean and operate. We are also looking forward to our reduce heating and cooling energy bills. APS Double Glazing was careful to make sure that the original look of the house was preserved with the wood look UPVC double glazed windows and door. All told an excellent job was executed, for which we are very grateful.
Lyle visited our home for an estimate and was very well prepared with samples, pictures of past installations, manufacturer brochures and most importantly, his knowledge.
The install areas were well protected, dust was minimized, debris was cleaned up and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They got it right the first time which, unfortunately, is all too rare these days. Way to go Reece and Hudson, and many thanks. We elected to not have the internal framing installed around the windows and doors as it would be much easier for us to stain while they are off. The boys measured and cut the hardwood, bundled the framing for each window for us to stain and install (I have a very handy husband).
In conclusion, we are VERY pleased with the outcome and will certainly be recommending them to our friends, family and co-workers for their window and door needs.

We get installed double glazing doors and windows all over the house few months ago. The product, service and after sales service is great and this reduced our energy cost and also the noise. They always keep their word and punctual. They had to do some changes but didn't charge extra as they already promised the price. Highly recommend APS. Thanks guys.

We love our windows, the house looks amazing a real face lift. The staff and installers are very polite, they consulted with us on anything that was not straight forward to ensure we were happy with the outcome.

A couple years ago I gave a really positive review, which I've left below, but things have changed. I requested my last window be done over 5 months ago. The company have now canceled twice with no contact with me to discuss the appropriatness of the new date set. No call back as I requested happened. The first cancelation was due to a secretary error but no-one communicated what was happening or to arrange another time. No-one ever came out to install the screen that was not installed the first year. A screen was installed on my next window 1 year later on a different window to cover that cosr (the original screen was taken by them and they were supposed to turn up when the correct mounts came in) but there are huge gaps which allow insects through. No-one has followed through properly with billing either.
I do not recommend installing the doors. They are not as warm as the original wooden one I had, there can now be no screen put in placed for when I want the door open or to allow a doggie door, and if you have shoulder injuries it is hard to lock and unlock. It is also occasionally causing problems unlocking.

APS installed double glazing to 3/4 of my property's windows and the back door. There is a significantly noticeable difference in temperature between rooms that have double glazing and rooms that don't. The visability from inside and improvement of the property's appearance absolutely astounded me. It's amazing. APS has excellent communication and were reachable when I had questions. Any missed phone calls were returned the same day. The staff were courteous and friendly. They turned up on time, worked solidly finishing the work a day earlier than expected. My only criticism is the putty work filling the previous doors hinge spaces was a little rough and needs touching up before painting. This however, could be due to the significant space that neededfilling. And a tech is returning next week to definitely intend to use APS for the future installations. These guys really give you all the facts and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

We installed double glazed windows and doors, supplied and fitted by APS Double Glazing.   The company came recommended to me by a colleague. The work presented some challenges both in the size of windows and the height of the installation.   APS arranged a team of excellent installers, led by Pip, who made the work quick and painless for us.   Our windows are now installed and have well exceeded expectations.   Firstly, they look amazing.   Secondly, they have vastly reduced the traffic and wind noises in our main living areas.   It is like living in a new home.   I am happy to recommend APS windows to you, along with their key people.   For me that was Nicole who kept in contact with us to arrange the delivery and installations, and Pip who installed the windows. He and his team were exceptional and gave us immediate confidence.   The best windows and doors backed by a wonderful team.

Email and phone communication was easy and prompt. Lyle, who came first to inspect was an absolute gem.
