Purchased an Apple Watch, good customer care and we didn’t need to wait in the queue as already booked an appointment. Appreciate the systematic covid control protocols and the store representative Zahni, who dealt with us deserves a huge applause and full star for his dedicated service

Very disappointed with Apple Doncaster.
Store manger, has very poor attitude. Has got absolute no idea how to communicate with customers. Would buy apple again but not from this Shop.

My problem was made worse and they blamed it on me. I really feel that I got dishonest service. I recommend of u need their repair services do so with an abundance of caution. The professional look of the store does not guarantee the end result of your visit will be satisfactory.

Bad customer service. Queued and went into the shop to look at airpods, but bad customer service from the female service rep on 28/2/21. Didn't show us any airpods, instead described the range available - I could have done that myself online. Felt that she wanted us in and out of the shop asap, and felt pressured to make a decision to buy asap. Not going back. Apple used to have good service but not anymore.

Very disappointed with Apple, we had a fault with our ipad it had a bend in it because it over heated they had suggested that we had done it Intentionally they said that it wasn't covered with Their warranty with that said our ipad wasn't Even a year old will never buy Apple again.

I've always had an excellent experience going to Apple Doncaster. Recently, my iMac needed diagnostics run to determine which part needed replacing. They were upfront and accurate about the estimated time and costs for the repair. Even when they broke the display while fixing my computer, they were honest about it and put in a new panel free of charge.

With the coronavirus pandemic in progress, I am happy to see adequate protocols in place e.g. Masks, patron number limit, security, but the lines outside are somewhat disorganised. Ushers tended to spend inadequate time towards the back of the queues where they are need in order to direct new people to the appropriate waiting area. Once inside, however, the service was and has almost always been fabulous with the folks always keen to ensure we were being looked after.

Great experience here. Had booking for battery replacement in the morning, was served straight away. Battery was replaced in 1.5 hours while I had a coffee and shopped around. Went back to Apple slightly early and was served straight away again. Phone battery was replaced as expected. In and out in a bit over 1.5 hours. Overall good experience, happy with customer service.

Not happy as they can’t service my phone as I took appointment at 3: 30pm.but actually I have been waiting in the store for half an hour as my battery replacement takes 1: 30 hours they said to come tomorrow at 10: 00am as the store closes at 5: 00pm. Who will give a day off for phone repair. They should be optimistic in throwing appointments to the people they could finish the work within the day. Hell its apple.

I been there last week to get my phone (XR) repaired due to malfunction of microphone and that was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They even did not deserve single star. Not recommend to buy iPhone XR.

Apple of course is Apple, the Service is generally excellent, the process for checking in, even if you have an appointment is a bit clumsy and time consuming, but usually worth the wait.

Went to Apple Doncaster for a appointment and the service was as expected. Didn’t have to wait long for someone to come and start the appointment. Went through step by step and explained everything. This is the customer service that I have not seen with any other brand. The store was not too busy and it’s kept at a very high standard. Amazing work guys. Keep it up.

Arrogant sale rep Zach who couldn’t be bothered to show available colors of the ip Xs and giving passive aggressive attitude. If i didnt require the phone urgently i would of just walk out. Thanks a lot Zach!

Been here a million times already. Buying, checking new items and upgrades. Some staff are great some has no customer service. Not on a personal experience but eavesdropping while I was waiting for my turn. Depends maybe on how the customers treats them right? Anyways as long as I get what I need to achieve. No harm no foul.customers service should always comes first. Not thier.
Love the phones and gadgets that's all.

Had booked an appointment time online, but still had to wait 40minutes before being seen. There seems to be a lot of staff in store talking to each other, but not enough staff attending to those who have appointments. When being helped, the staff are friendly and helpful, but the waiting time is ridiculous. When I came to pick up my phone, the initial time they gave me kept getting pushed back. Expect to spend a lot of time sitting around waiting.

Atrocious customer service. I came to get my phone camera repaired as there was dirt/dust on the lens. All they needed to do was open the phone and blow/wipe it off. They said they don't have the tools to open the phone? ! But they open phones all the time? ! Straight lied to my face? ! They refused to help and advised that I should buy a new phone? !? ! ARE YOU SERIOUS? !? ! See ya Apple, I'm never buying anything from you again.

I had a pleasure of dealing a guy with long bushy beard named Michael at my last genius bar appointment few weeks ago. I can’t believe Apple can employ someone who is so obnoxious, condescending and rude to customers.
He made my 14yo daughter cry because he kept blaming her for her iPhone not working properly rather than fixing the damn iPhone!
