Best place in Apollo Bay to have fish souvlaki, a Greek style dish. Calamari fry is one of the dish must try. The food prepared fresh and served hot. Mostly they use fresh meat and seafood. Since it is a small cafe type doesnt have much seating area. However, we can order takeout to sit on the beack park right opposite of this cafe. When you are on the way to 12 apostles do stop here and relax for a lunch/dinner.

Good information centre with the local details you need. These places are still useful in the age of web search.

The best souvlaki in Australia is Georges at Apollo bay. Very nice, clean, with big variety of delicious fresh food restaurant. Mrs Nitsa is the best

Awesome beach, lots of shops and cafes to choose from along the street. Little bit busy when we went. Some historical significance about the area as well.

Nice and friendly staff but lacking in practicality. For instance, you can't get common camera gear here like SD cards. Fancy a tourist town and SD cards are apparently as rare as hens teeth.

Apollo Bay is a great spot to stop or stay for a few days. There's plenty of aesthetically pleasing beach front with good swimming during the warmer months. There's numerous eating options to pick from weather it's fast food or something classier. There is a really good kids playground to "unleash" the rug rat's on so they get there fun fix too!

A very kind and funny lady showed us the best spots on the map for our way on the great ocean road to Malbourne.

We stopped in there on the way out to venture and all the Adventure on The Great Ocean Road. I got myself a long black, and then a regular coffee calm and have a discussion with the owner about the difference. Wind up going back by the golf club and saw a couple Joey's, and a couple kangaroos! In the wild. It was great! The entire trip is scenic, and somewhat historic, with the discovery of Australia by various people along the coastline, over the years.

About as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Got to the place around 9.03am suppose to open at 9am. Lady out the front cleaning off a notice board. We asked if they were open yet. Got told very bluntly that they were not open yet. Without even turning around to face us. We waited a couple more minutes, but she was more interested in cleaning the notice board than giving out any information. If you dont want to deal with customers. Dont work in customer service.

I’m reading on here lower than internet price but actually that wasn’t the case for us.

We bought a family zip-lining pass.

At the time we said to the lady st the centre it was cheaper online and she swore it wasn’t. She was wrong! Turns out it was a dollar cheaper at the door and $11 cheaper online.

I even went back polietely to rectify the situation but perhaps I was too nice about it as they didn’t offer any money back. Even though I saw they made $46 out of the transaction. Pretty disappointed. I’ll book online next time.

Appollo Bay Beach is one of the best and beautiful beaches in Victoria. A must stop if you are driving through The Great Ocean Drive.

The entrance doesn't promise much but once inside it opens up into a large and attractive centre with helpful staff and all the local information pamphlets and maps you could need
