Experience was excellent. Staff friendly and most helpful. They were also knowledgeable about any enquiries. Overall a pleasant visit.

Popped in to grab some maps to plan some hikes around the Great Otway NP. Super helpful staff, with lots of local knowledge.

The staff here are some of the nicest people I have come across in positions of customer service. They are a credit to the Apollo Bay region and know how to speak to people with courtesy and were enthusiastic to help with my enquiry. Wonderful. This is sadly in stark contrast to another store I went into that same day where I felt ambushed for asking a basic favour.

Very helpful phone information. Rang from Qld two weeks before my trip re travelling from Adelaide and had a very friendly person at the Apollo Bay centre offering advice.

Large information centre with anything which you could really need to know about the Apollo Bay area and its greater surrounds. Some of the brochures also have discounts for specific attractions, so they're worth picking up, even if you already have plans.

The 2 ladies working Easter Friday arvo were so friendly, kind and informative. They gave advice on tide times and we're super encouraging as I set off on the GOW. The toilets were also very clean and smelled good.

Thank you Janette for being so very helpful in our preparation for the Great Ocean Walk in late February, doing things you said is 'just the Apollo Bay way'. Your 10 minutes of assistance with the guide book and cooking canisters saved us hours of waiting around to begin our walk. Thank you Janette, it was a grand beginning to an awesome week.

Visitor information center has very friendly staff. You will be able to find many recommendation on area around Apollo bay and great ocean walk. They will provide you maps with the highlighted recommendation. Highly recommended place if u are confused where to go around. They also do have some souvenirs to sell.

Went in to ask about the Great Ocean Walk, the staff member we spoke to was fantastic, lots of knowledge and very friendly

The lovely lady behind the counter was exceptionally good at identifying activities and places that best suited our interests. We left with ample options to fill in the remainder of our holiday.

Had a ball caught a bus with Hutchinson's bus line Wednesday to Apollo bay from birregurrah but Friday Saturday and Sunday from Colac and there's also a bus for Lorne too.
Myself and Dwayne enjoyed it but the rides don't start till 630 pm.
Great food a variety people were fun George's restaurant great and cheap.

It's good no complaints, but I think maybe they should have a place to mind bags for at least one day, but the bags must be locked by the owner so nothing will be stolen, apart from that it was good for information

One of my best drives. Among the most famous war memorials. The winding roads along the beautiful sea is spectacular. This road is fun to drive and is scenic. Don't miss the tourist attractions along the way and view points. There are many beautiful beaches and water activities on this road.

Helpful staff, well maintained toilets, lots of info and free maps and brochures. They can do bookings. Garden around visitor centre has local native shore plants with interpretative signs. Worth a stop.
