Apac Notebooks

I bought an adapter charger via their Ebay store, for my Toshiba satellite p750. Was able to call them directly to confirm it was the right charger etc. I have just moved to Hobart and needed the charger asap. I ordered it Monday 9th of November 2020, paid the extra $4 dollars for express. It arrived 12.39 pm Tuesday 10th November. I highly recommend Apac Notebooks.

Staff are unprofessional and unwilling to assist with resolving issues with items purchased from their store.

Having a tricky 17'' broken LCD and none of the compatible versions worked on it.
Apac sent me three different LCDs; first one lost, (arrived by 5 weeks delay) the second one didn't work (compatible model but didn't turn on) and finally the last one worked for me. During COVID that supplying parts is hard for everyone, these guys did their best to provide me with the right screen with no extra charge.
Responsive, professional and honest business.
Absolutely recommend them.

Cracked my laptop screen and I was recommended to go to Apac Notebooks to get it fixed. Not only did they fix it well, but they did it very efficiently and communicated with me regularly.
