Not a great experience. I ordered a part for a laptop, via express delivery, late on Friday. Didn’t expect anything over the weekend, but by late afternoon Monday I hadn’t heard anything so phoned and was told that all weekend orders would be sent that day. By Tuesday PM I still hadn’t heard anything so I emailed asking for a tracking number. A short time later, I get a refund notification via PayPal with no apology or explanation. I had to call to be told they sold something that wasn’t in stock in the first place. As customer service goes, this is at the bottom of the barrel.

I don't like giving bad reviews to businesses because i run business my self and it make really bad impact on business but i am 110% sure APAC truly deserve this review from me as a business and let other business know what they dealing with.i suppose to give this review last month but i stopped my self but now another battery gone dead which i install on my customer macbook 7 months ago

Read please.

In last 1 year i have purchased around 7-8 Mac-book batteries from this business as one of my friend refereed APAC as quality battery supplier for Mac-book repair businesses. There warranty policy is 6 months from purchase date. You will find their battery prices is most expensive because they claim its genuine. Now i am sharing my experience as business offering battery replacement to my customer and APAC is my supplier for Genuine quality Mac-book Batteries. Out of 7-8 batteries i have purchased from them in last 1 year 3 Mac-book battries and 1 Surface pro battery gone dead / no backup at all just after 7-8 months of installation.i call the sales guy name willam to share my concern with him and he said to me there is nothing he can do about it. Its a joke 50% for the batteries turned out to be faulty just 1-2 months over the warranty period and they claiming their batteries are Genuine / Original can you believe this circus they playing with Customers. One battery died with in 3 months of installation which i managed to get the replacement and after installing the replacement battery it died again after 7 months.will not suggest buying batteries if you are a business.you will not be able to show your face to customer after using APAC batteries.

They putting Genuine / original tag with their batteries to charge premium price and give 3rd class batteries

Fake products advertised as genuine. Purchased two laptop batteries, both fake when received. One of them is dead after two months.

Need a charger for my Acer Nitro 5. Nobody had stock but they did and also tested my old charger to make sure it was the issue. Highly recommended.

Told me my motherboard in my Asus G551JW laptop was fried and that it overheated. They also told me the repair cost would be $750 and that to get a new laptop instead. Furthermore the inspection cost was only $55 which was a lot lower than I was expecting it to be around $100 or more.

I came to service an older ASUS gaming notebook. They could have taken my money, but they kindly told me it would be better to go elsewhere given the computer was five years old. I appreciate that honesty and means I would have no hesitation in selling them out for legitimate advice.

Good service. They had the power supply I was after and even wanted to see it functioning with the laptop before I left.

BEWARE SELLING COUNTERFEITS - they sold me a counterfeit HP laptop battery which they advertised as genuine.
I returned their battery at their request and was told I would receive a refund and for months now have been contacting them, trying to get a refund and they keep refusing, which is breaking Australian Consumer Law and are now just straight up ignoring me.
I've confirmed with HP that it's counterfeit. When confronted about this their reply was "HP can't PROVE that it's a counterfeit".
Counterfeit batteries can be really dangerous, do not buy from this company!
Now looking into taking them to small claims court to get my money back and reporting them to Consumer Affairs.

They are responsible for their work. It looks great when you give options to your customer or you try to solve the issue.

My mum asked me to write this review for her because she doesn't want anyone else to fall for this company like she did. She's 63 and on a disability pension and, even though they were more expensive, because it's an Australian company she thought their products and service would be good.
However, the first charger she bought from them had such a poor connector on it that it didn't fit properly in her laptop. So they convinced her to buy the more expensive 'genuine' charger (and made her pay the return postage on the first one).
Now the cable on the 'genuine' charger has frayed so badly she's worried about damaging her laptop or getting electrocuted. Even though it's only 10 months old they are refusing to replace it under warranty, going as far as suggesting she damaged it herself. Instead they have offered her a discount on yet another, a third charger!
I have doubts that the charger is even genuine, maybe a cheap knock off. That would explain why it's failed so quickly and why they won't honour the warranty.
I would give zero stars if it were an option.

This is a place that you don't know it even existed untill you are looking for a specific item because previous searches mostly focused on internet stores. Mind you I obviously had something to do as why I didn't find it, better wording might have saved me a lot of money. Unfortunately that's history and I have found a place that if you like me have lost a laptop charger and you would like to get another but don't want to pay $100+ for a multi charger that will not do much more because you have one laptop or if you decide that you want the same one as you had but you are looking to pay around $70+ and have to wait a few days before you receive it. Well now you just have to find this particular place called Apac Notebooks and make the trip there. Make sure you have all the right specific information about the model of your laptop and the wattage and Amps and you and are happy to will a new same brand name as you had before for a price under $50. And you will never again worray about having to pay a ridiculous amount for something you shouldn't have to in the first place. And they offer repairs for any brand of laptops. The staff working there are extremely helpful and happy to offer any advice that would be helpful. The reason I never knew about it is because I didn't have a laptop and the store is in a industrial area in a side street. And from now on if I'm going through a area that is industrial I look to see what what those factory's do and you will surprised what you find. It's places like those that make you think what else you can find that makes your day. So no more paying prices that no one should have to. One last thing because of covid they only allow 2 people and they must wear masks

Amazing service, fixed the screen on my fairly old hp laptop within two days. Was quoted $170 which I thought reasonable but was told it only came to $150 on collection. Very impressive customer service and repair speed.

These guys can fix pretty much anything. I've taken a laptop with a broken screen, another with a faulty power adapter and one with a fried motherboard! All now working, repaired quickly and all for a reasonable price. Communications with Jeremy were excellent, he kept me up-to-date with options, progress and pricing.
