Really love going to Anytime in Collingwood. When I went overseas they paused my account so I didn’t have to pay while travelling and that truly meant a lot to me, no questions asked or hassled.

Really glad with the cleanliness of the gym, the staff are always cheerful and regardless of the time of day I’ve always felt safe here.

Really impressed with the recent renovation especially the upgrades upstairs. However, I've noticed people who appear to be homeless sleeping downstairs near personal belongings. Definitely need to add some security for peace of mind.

By far the best gym in network I've been to. Love the bonus hydration drinks for members.

Everyone else in that gym that works there is absolutely oblivious and does not even read emails or engage in a professional manner with their clients. Veronica listened, she read the emails, she engaged and fixed miscommunication and problems that were persistent for a MONTH! This girl needs a RAISE OR PROMOTION ASAP!

Absolutely amazing and motivated place for a workout. The services are amazing including the staff especially JEREMY. Highly recommended place to start your fitness journey.

I’ve been coming to this gym for over five years now and it’s great. There is a really good range of equipment and it’s only rarely crowed (I’m looking at you, Monday 530pm). Even then the crowd is almost universally friendly and courteous, the PTs are great and cooperate really well will everyone doing their thing, wether training with them or not. Great choice if you are looking for clean all purpose gym with minimum attitude.

Pretty decent range of machines which is good, but sometimes a wait for the one you want. Staff are visible and helpful should you need them.
There's parking nearby which is free after work.

The "refresh" is pretty disappointing. The shower heads are still clogged with junk, it's still pretty high temperature for a gym, the water filter dribbles lukewarm water, and it's got the vibe of a converted warehouse.

There's still no scales, no hairdryers, and the staff aren't accommodating or helpful.

Gym refresh largely mediocre, feels aimless for the most part. 3 stars for the refresh overall, -10 stars for the absurdly loud ventilation and fan system now installed and removing a water fountain from the upstairs area for no apparent reason.

Was it too much to ask for a refresh without the loudest aircon system I've ever heard in my life?

The refresh is fine. Nice to see some new treadmills. Music is unfortunately deafeningly loud though so bring noise cancelling headphones. Almost impossible to find any cleaner or sanitizer in there now though so I don’t see the equipment staying clean or healthy to use for long though.

Been training at this club for years and love it, love the staff also. Can’t wait to see it after the refurbishment.

Love this place. My second home for around 2 years. The manager, Jeremy and his associates are incredibly friendly. They always have a chat with me and ask me how life is. The Hammer Strength equipment is great quality and the classes with Raul are ELITE.

Ii really enjoy this facility. I think out of most of the o es I have been to I really like the atmosphere here. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist.

Customer Service is off the charts good and the gym is Clean, laid out well and easy to get around.
Anything you need Jeremy is the best nothing is to hard and happy to help when asked.

THIEVES! While my membership was frozen due to injury, Donald withdrew 2 payment cycles from my credit card without consent within 1 week (even though the billing cycle was fortnightly).

I have been using a treadmill at home for years and was in need of an upgrade. Rather than spend thousands on a new treadmill I thought I would join a gym instead, and I am so glad I joined Anytime Fitness Collingwood. The machines are plentiful and first class. I took advantage of a free personal training session with Liam, who was wonderful, and have incorporated some resistance work to my workouts. I have never had to wait for a machine, but I do only go in the mornings so not sure what after 5pm is like. The staff are friendly yet not intrusive and the facilities are great. I hate to leave a negative review for an industry so affected by covid but you have to respect your members if you want to retain them. I had the same trouble as others below trying to contact them over lockdowns regarding credits / refunds. Totally understand they were understaffed, but I run a small business and it's a given I make the time to reply to my customers. I have only now just heard back today from emails sent in June -August. The compensation options offered were frankly pathetic. I would not recommend, find another gym that will appreciate your business.
