Had to give 1 star to comment else my rating would be 0, the worst customer service i ever had experienced, the staff aren't friendly, food is good though

Being a regular customer at Anshuman Da Dhaba, I can say that the food justifies the rich Indian taste but the ambience is not great and they really need to work on their customer service and staff. The food quality sucks though even if it tastes good at that time. Suffered severe stomach ache one day later and felt pukish all day. Never coming back again. NEVER.

Used to be really nice. Now the service is horrible and the taste of the food is not great either. You guys need to really work on service and food & restaurant hygiene

Worst food I ever had in my life. All of the above they need to have some good staff who can serve their customers in a decent way.

Worst place ever. You think you are getting cheap Indian food but the quality is pathetic. I have suffered extreme illness (bad stomach ache and vomiting) because of their food. All material tasted stale. I haven't been to a place worse than this.

Very bad customer service and fiid quality has tremendously gone low. Not at all happy with experience.

Food was Ok. Had Tandori and some curry. Curries were good but the Tandori chicken was a not up to the mark. Samosa's were big and good as well as the dipping. Nan and Curries are a bit cheaper here.
Their service was bad. The restaurant was quite empty at that moment and after finishing starter we called the waitress but none of them replied or came. The one who took our order came afterwards. We asked for 4 Raita (yougurt salad) but they gave twh while serving. We asked again about that then she brought 1 more, not two.
And everyone should watch out for the spices because some of the curry can get too hot, one of our curry was like that.

Staff is having too much attitude. They don’t know how to treat with customers.i was really disappointed with their behaviour.

The food quality and taste isn't consistent. Sometimes it is amazing and other times it's just ok.
They use lots of food coloring that I personally don't prefer.

PLEASE DO NOT GO OVERBOARD WITH THE SPICES. The food is sometimes good and sometimes not. Most of the times the curry they make are full of extra spices which gives burning sensation in your stomach. Hope you guys are reading the reviews so that you can improve.

Had a bad experience with food. Too much color, ginger and oil. Had upset stomach after eating food here.

The service here is pathetic! Not worth a visit. All the girls working here are useless, lack common sense, rude and obnoxious.

I have been to number of indian restaurant but today i had the worst experience in my life. Firstly, they gave me the undercooked Manchurian. Then i asked for knife and fork. They dont even give me that. They dont even know which order will serve to which table? Unrepectful staff. I wish thai i can give you the negative but sorry i cant. Dont want to see the face again all idiots.

Disgusting food ever had. Ordered and curry from the restaurant. All the naan were fully burnt. When we told them about this they described it as crispy and the waitress took the naan back to replace them but instead of replacing she told us that chef said all the naan will be burnt like this. They left us no choice rather than leaving the restaurant without eating food. We have been coming to the restaurant from last 4 years all the way from Mornington just to eat food there. Worst experience ever had. I would give 0 star to the staff, food and their attitude

My go to place when I'm craving for Indian food! The butter chicken and lamb do piaza are always so satisfying to eat

After reading good reviews I visited this place today along with my friends. They served me a chicken curry made of raw and stale chicken. When I took it up with the Manager/Anshuman, he took a taste of it and took the entire dish away into the kitchen. Worst part was that he charged us for this curry in the bill when we refused the same curry reheated as a replacement. Faced very rude behaviour from staffs and particularly Anshuman. Decided never to visit this place again.

Good food, service takes a bit time. Authentic taste of the dishes ordered. Butter chicken & Kadahi chicken must try. Chicken Tikka was average. Garlic Naan was more like garlic paste applied on the Naan as an after thought.

Right place if you love to be mistreated and experience horrendous service! Definitely aren't worth it.

Always come here good food and best prices in the city plenty of staff but they never focus on sevice table of 11 went but only one menu given by the staff.
