I would like to publicly thank Anna for taking me on as a client and to strongly recommend Anna to anyone who may be considering her services.

As a person with a highly sedentary lifestyle, I had procured (over many years) various injuries caused by a lack of physical fitness and general poor condition. After some initial medical intervention, which got me able to move again, Anna has become central to my longer-term recovery and rebuilding strategy. Our sessions have shown continuous improvement over relatively short periods of time - this has been extremely important in maintaining my motivation.

To anyone considering personal training, I highly commend Anna to you

I had one to one mountain biking coaching with Anna as I wanted to improve my skills. Anna gave clear, concise advice and was really encouraging. I’ve been riding difficult tracks since then and can feel the improvement already. Thanks Anna!

The best thing I ever did was go to Anna not only has helped me with my fitness but she has become important to me as someone who listens without judgement and genuinely cares for her customers. Recently went on a retreat with Anna and it has helped me make some very important changes to myself. Taking care of me I can take care of my family. And you taught me that Anna Bayliss. I highly recommend Anna if you are looking to change your life for the better.

I started going to Anna about six months ago. I wanted to improve my strength and fitness.
I enjoyed it so much that I now take my 18 year old son. Not only is she kind and patient but she willingly listens to any issues I may be having at the time.
Over the years, I’ve seen a few different personal trainers, but the main difference that I have noticed with Anna, is that not only the exercises she gets me to do are inventive and different and they get get results, but she also really focuses on working my right and left sides individually! Being right handed, I know that my left side is quite weak, but thanks to Anna, it has now improved dramatically, which I feel has made a huge difference in just doing every day tasks.
You would not regret being trained by Anna!

I highly recommend going to Anna, her life coaching has been priceless to me, working with her I’ve realised things I’ve never consciously thought of before which has enabled me to really get to know myself and tackle situations differently. She has also given me the tools I need to move forward in a positive way.

I also did PT with Anna and she is very good, the variety of each lesson has made sure I was never bored but mostly her follow ups between sessions and guidance is something I haven’t seen from previous PT’s before.

Can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you.

Anna is a positive, encouraging influence, not just during training, it also filters through to my life in general. I love that training is semi outside and not in a commercial gym, this makes the environment feel warm and welcoming.

I have been seeing Anna at Fitgurl for a few years now and I’m thankful that I found someone who will be there to push me through the good, bad and the ugly times. Anna is my sound board, an amazing strong person when you need that push and I also classify her as a great friend. Anna makes you feel comfortable and always makes sure your ok.
My daughter who has had an injury is now seeing Anna who is working with her physio to help her be injury free.
I would highly recommend Anna to get you moving again in the right direction.

I’m very thankful for finding Fitgurl and working out with her 3 times a week. Anna’s attention to detail is amazing. The friendly group of clients and environment is all that makes it so enjoyable. Looking forward to the upcoming retreat for a mind and rebalance.

I joined Anna's fitgurl late last year doing 1 session a week but enjoyed it so much I quickly started doing 2 sessions a week. Decided to do run for the kids so started a 10 week personnel training also. By the time the 10 weeks was up I felt so good & my fitness had improved so much. I couldn't recommend fitgurl highly enough. Anna is an amazing lady. Her sessions are so much fun you don't even realise you are getting fitter whilst having so much fun & laughter.
