A few months ago I was experiencing intense shoulder pain with referral pain to the muscles between my ribs. I was unable to twist my spine more than a 2cm either way without grimacing. I made an appointment with Anika and after that initial 1/2 hour session with her, I was not pain free but I had complete trust that I was in the best of hands. Anika's knowledge of the human body, muscles, connective tissues is absolutely superior. After a few sessions my back was fully functioning. I have a tremendous amount of respect and gratitude for the quality of treatment that Anika has provided me. She is a genuinely caring person and gives 100%. Thank you so much, Anika. After injuring my back over 6 months ago I seeked many physiotherapist chiropractors and masseurs but it was until my neighbour recommended Anika and desperately I went to see her and from the first sight she had a big smile on her face and and was very welcoming and after the first therapy I was able to bend down and put my shoes on! I got my body back (but sadly not my youth). However, at 75 years of age thanks to Anika I can now launch my boat without my wife's help and go fishing - Job Done!
