This is the best place to fix your periformis syndrome. Anika has really good understanding of human body. I went to Physiotherapist and Chiropractor but they couldn’t even diagnose my problem. As a 59 year old male, I have had a bad back for over 30 years, bulging disk, worn disk and arthritis in my lower spine to the point where I was on pain killers all day every day, my specialist suggested I have an operation! Then I meet Anika, she fixed my issues in the first session, no pain most of the day (only when I over do it) but honestly I feel like a different person, she is an incredible woman, I would highly recommend her. I've had very bad back pains for 5+ years from work and an injury from the gym. As a father of 2 little ones I couldn't enjoy the simple daily tasks and activities with them. Couldn't play sports and stopped going to the gym, which was really disappointing. Im so happy to have met Anika, just after 1 remedial session I could feel a big difference and relieved! I have been a professional driver for about 6 years now. I would regularly get massage for my back and knees. Tried so many different places claiming to be the best one but they just do normal massages and the next day you are at the same place feeling same pain. I booked massage with anika and to my surprise, she first discussed about my issues like proper consultation and then treated my areas of concern. If you want a Remedial Massage Therapist who knows her stuff & what she is doing, then look no further! Anika is very welcoming & listens to you every step of the way. A painful tailbone turned out to be Piriformis Syndrome & the relief after just one session with Anika was amazing! I cant recommend her enough.

Having been diagnosed with cancer - 6mths into my chemo treatment the aches & pains started creeping in. Being awoken by them one night I was thinking maybe massage would help ease the discomfort I was experiencing. Going online Anika's bright & fresh advertising colors grabbed my attention - even at the wee hours of 3am. I rang for my first appointment that day & have never looked back.

Her numerous qualifications, kind & caring nature & amazing remedial massage skills soon worked in my favour.within a few visits my whole body started to feel somewhat better. Somehow when you walk in she can already see where priority lies.before you know it you are walking away with your next few appointments already locked in & a skip in your step.

It's over 2 yrs now since I started seeing Anika - still very much a regular client. Couldn't be more grateful for her support & allaying of the cumulative symptoms that are now an even more prevalent aspect of my ongoing cancer journey.

I had been suffering from intense back pain for a while and my doctors were having a hard time diagnosing the issue. It got so bad that I was having trouble sitting down and sleeping.
I went to Anika the not only was she able to diagnose what the issue was, she also helped correct the back pain. I walked out feeling 1000 times better

I have a two year unresolved shoulder injury issue which has became more painful with time. The second cortisone jab didn't fix it (Anika believes it was misplaced, and my GP said the same) and it's painfully annoying. A session with Anika made a big difference though - she worked on my shoulder, the pain got worse after for 3 days or so, but it's now way better. I'm confidant Anika's skills will help with my shoulder injury. I wish I had visited Anika before.

Fabulous remedial masseur who works on the body areas that need that extra care. Been going to Annika for few years and I feel much better and more relaxed after every treatment. I value Annika's massages and have no hesitation in recommending any of her services.

I have been coming back to Anika for quite a number of years now.
I see her pretty much every 2 to 3 weeks and she knows exactly what my body needs.
I can only comment on deep tissue massage, but I always feel much, much better when I leave her place.
She really gets into the area that needs treatment and her (registered) nursing background is very helpful also.

Highly reccommend Anika for fixing you up, 11 out of 10 for me!

Ps. Her always-present beautiful smile when you walk into the door and her warmth of character are free!

Anika is friendly & caring in her treatment & makes sure it is personalised to you. I always come away feeling much better. She is also honest which is greatly appreciated. If she knows you only need 45mins rather than the full hour, she stops then & charges you for 45mins only, that is very rare! Highly recommended!
