Anglesea Golf Club

Don’t go here to see kangaroos! It's a waste of time, there are only a few of them, they all look like they are dying, it's just a waste of time and money.

Great club and course, all staff are friendly and welcoming, well worth a visit, there is also Kangaroo tours throughout the day and mini golf
Plenty of practice facilities, have a quick lesson with the Steve, the head Pro, before tackling the challenging 18 holes

Great place to watch some Kangaroos up close and personal. Last tour runs at 4: 30pm in the summer!

Beautiful course set amongst the bush, great layout and friendly staff.
Definately visit again.

Came up for the cup long weekend and pulled in on the Saturday afternoon to be greeted by bar staff that made me feel I was unwelcome because I wasn’t local. Everything was nice until it was time to be served at the bar. The mature age female staff looked liked they didn’t want to be there. I’ll spend my tourist money elsewhere. Perhaps they need to consider retirement.

We visited last night for a family dinner and were shocked when we had to return 2 chicken parmas as they were uncooked in the middle only to have the waitress return and dispute the fact stating she checked and they were fine.
She was rude and her customer service poor. The chicken was pink in the middle. I also observed another customer taking boa buns back as the buns were still frozen. Very disappointing.

It was tuff playing but enjoyed the round and awesome group with Nigel, Geoff and Mick who made me feel at home. Thankyou Mick for the Shiraz at halfway point and hope to visit again sooner than later.

We played here in the weekend to experience golfing with Kangaroos, though we were a bit late, we saw plenty of the Roo’s on the field.a very unique 9 hole experience.
The course layout considered friendly for all type of golfer but the Long hitter will love this place as it is straight and long.
The staff were friendly, we were welcomed as if we are member.
We enjoyed by the experience of playing here and for sure will be back for the first front nine hole

Unbelievable golf course. Kangaroos everywhere.a must for anyone.

19th Bistro food was delicious also. 100% would return.

Hard enough course to challenge even the lowest handicapped golfer, and those kangaroos will not move!

Great location to see some kangaroos for free through the fence on the road side, or from the carpark if it's not too busy. I also believe the club runs paid tours.

Visited to play the mini golf, most difficult course we've ever encountered, on most holes the ball just keeps rolling either back to the start or off to the bush, every single time.could imagine the pain for parents if it was busy and the middle of summer with small children. On the brighter side, looks like a lovely course for a real round.

Nice relaxing course not super technical, nice and green very well maintained. You'll see plenty of wildlife during your round. The bistro is pretty good as well.

There is a scope of resting a while at The 19 hole Bistro restaurant where you can relax and pass wonderful moments with your family members friends and relatives. Wonderful service at this facilities.

Food here is delicious, staff there very helpful regarding my anaphylaxis triggers. The staff were organised and having folder with all ingredients on desserts and cakes. I wish all restaurants and cafes in Melbourne was this organised.

Its a very relaxing place to dine in. Looking out on to the golf course. The food was delicious, and the chips were the nicest I've had in a long time. Lovley staff too.

Played 18 here with cart. Plenty of kangaroos to watch you tee off and putt! Staff were super friendly.

Good cheap lunch menu friendly staff great views and atmosphere. Very enjoyable we will be back

Friendly and helpful, just needs some maintenance and help with the mini golf course but overall good time

Meals are pub bistro style, however all our meals were very tasty and we were given generous portions.
