Andrew's Airport Parking - Melbourne

Great service from the minute you walk into reception. Special mention to Adidas. She is so cheerful and friendly. It is people like her that makes people like me want to go back there again whenever I need long term parking. This is not my first time using their services and they only get better. Also not forgetting the driver that drove us to the airport, Walrus. Where do they hire people like them? Fantastic.

I'm a travel agent for Flight Centre and I try to get my clients to park at Andrews because I use them myself and their customer service is amazing, still being all happy and nice for those 5am flights. I got dropped off my a man named Fred last time, and he was great, definitely recommend giving these guys a crack.

Danny (in a wheelchair) and I booked our car in for nearly two weeks, Andrew's Airport parking suggested when we returned to Melbourne we call and ask for the car to be brought to the airport because Danny is in a wheelchair, this made it very easy for us, the driver drove us back to his place of work before we carried on home. Thank you Andrew's Airport Parking, will certainly use you again. 5/5

Never again. To many time we been left stand at the airport waiting after long flight. And the last time after 12 he flight tryed to tell as. The was out the front. Yes it was the same car but no it wasn't. Then took 15 minutesto find it. Airport long term parking for now on.

Absolutely disgusted with the condition of my car upon pickup yesterday. I paid to have it parked outside but when I collected it, it was covered in bird poo. I have used Andrews Parking many times before and this has not happened. When we arrived there we waited for a long time before we were taken to the airport. I had to let them know we would miss our flight if we didn't get there very soon. The level of service seems to have gone down for some reason

Absolutely fantastic on time professional and courteous great value no other place to go if you want your vehicle kept safe and secure and have a hassle free trip to the airport. Especially when flying the early hours of the morning

They usually try to squeeze you on a leaving bus.very proficient place

The five for the drop of my car not the pick up. Things on my car was changed like my lights, mirrors;, heater and seat on my car. This I give three stars

On my last trip, my glasses fell out of my bag. I contacted the office the next morning and they arranged to return them to me!

Damage to my car while it was parked at Andrews. They said that they didn't damage it. It was ok when I left it there.

Reasonable service at reasonable, comparatively speaking, prices. Drivers are very friendly but their backup (read - office staff) let them down, often.

Highly un recommend!

Booked in paid for it online, rang up due to no emails, they reckonedi never booked in or paid, sorted it out, gave them thetime when I’d be picking up, rang up to pick car up, can’t find my booking.sorted it out, had to wait a few hours for the car to come out.

Wasted so much time, had to stand Outside in the rain and cold.

Never using their “service” again

Selected the option to clean my car during my recent holiday. My car has never looked better. Very happy with the job. Thanks very much.
