Have 3 Stealth Breathalysers and went onto chat to organize sending them off for Calibration. It was so quick and easy. Within 5 minutes, Beverly from Chat had emailed me the link for Payment and the printable Label to put on the Package ready for the Post Office. Too easy.:)

Sent an enquiry regarding a recalibration enquiry and was very impressed with the friendly and extremely prompt responses! Easily resolved an issue within an hour that I thought would take days to resolve!

Have had an Andetech breathalyser for over 10 years and have always found there service to be excellent. Thery always send a reminder for calibration, always confirm by email the lodgement, and always advise the unit is ready for collection. When attending the office the staff are without fail friendly and able to answer any questions in regard to the calibration process.

I have had an "Alcosense Verity" breath-tester from Andatech for the last couple of years and have found it to be an reliable aid in helping to assess that I am in a safe condition to drive. Andatech provides an excellent overall service to ensure that the breath-tester is always correctly calibrated and that provides me with the assurance I need that I am right to drive.

Having a bit of problem with the type of battery to operate my portable breathaliser bought at Andatech. Even tho it was a public holiday, they emailed support strait away, got it soon working again.
