Great service, the calibrations are always prompt and shipped back quickly. Highly recommend.

The emphasis seems to be on online enquiries and bookings, however, I have always had difficulty accessing my customer portal, so I always end up calling. When I get through to the staff on the other end of the phone, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. It is sometimes difficult to immediately contact someone who can assist with the enquiry. The staff are good at returning calls and their service is good.

I've never, once had a negative experience with Andatech, their products are fantastic and their after sales care/service second to none, I can't recommend these sellers and their BAC metres more highly, I've never been let down, you sell the best devices on the market and I actively recommend you to everyone, thanks so much!

Product gets a positive review from Choice - and it did not disappoint. We initially purchased one unit (Ionmax Vienne) and then went back and purchased 3 more smaller units (ION610) - but one of them was lost in transit. This resulted some delay but their after-sales support/communication was genuinely excellent. No hesitation in recommending the product and company.

Easy process to order, and considering the current situation with deliveries, the order came very quickly. Haven't used my Covid tests as yet, so can't review the item, but very happy with the service.
