Anaconda Frankston

Steve went above and beyond to help my buy a beach wagon! I so appreciate good customer service and I get it every time I come to this store. Steve is the best!

I have been to this Anaconda several times and they have the most appalling customer service, whether click and collect or counter. The wait is a joke.

Great store, great offers, and I must say most of all great customer service. Very lovely lady (was unable to get her name) who served us with utmost patience.

Very poor customer service at Frankston. I went to buy snow boots and approached 3 people (one guy was busy, lady said she doesn’t know where it’s kept and the third guy, even before I could ask him for the sizes, the guy yelled out saying no sizes available except 38 the only one I was holding. I asked him if he can help me find it’s pair, so he came and checked and there were all the sizes. I found 3 pairs of 37 (my size) size I wanted, same colour and same model. This person was chatting with another customer when I approached him. He couldn’t stop talking.

Place is packed with stuff all over the place which is great from a choice point of view, but then hard to find what you're looking for. Clothes all over the floor or dumped in wrong places. Few staff but those there were really friendly and helpful

The staff at Anaconda Frankston always go out of their way to make your experience the best and easiest possible. They are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. I recently went in looking for replacement poles for a swag and the kind staff member working in the camping section came back in seconds with the right poles and even gave them to me for free.
I would highly recommend this store, especially for people like me who need a bit of help when it comes to outdoor equipment.

Love the Anaconda stores. Lots of easy parking. 2 negatives, I did find it a bit messy inside but I do understand alot of people shopping creates mess when shoppers dont put items back where they belong. I also find the clothing very expensive. Despite this its a great one stop shop for all outdoor items.

Had an excellent experience in this store, even though it’s Christmas time and extremely busy, the staff were super helpful and were kind enough to take the time to give me a run down on tents, great service definitely coming back.

I came out this store super happy and joyful. It was a few minutes before 5pm when they were closing and i asked the kind staff members Harley and Flynn if i could come out the entrance as it was easier to. They said “of course, but only if you aren’t stealing” whilst having a little giggle. I loved that the staff were comfortable enough to have a joke with me as well as going out of their way to help me. This is how all stores should treat their costumers. I will always come back here as it is a fun loving store with terrific staff.

Nobody is ever willing to help “I don’t work in this area, ask someone else” rinse and repeat.massive lines at the check out and this is on Tuesday morning, ridiculous.

I was in today, 28/12/22. It was a long wait at the register due how busy it was. I was called over to a register. Instead of processing my single purchase. Another staff member took over the register for someone else's return. Which left us waiting. Other customers behind me were being served at other registers and leaving. I said why call me over and then leave me waiting while you process another transaction? Immediately I was accused of being angry, which I wasn't, she said if you don't like it go to the back of the cue. I said please just process the transaction. Immediately she said 'what did you say couple of times'. Only one of us was angry and it wasn't me.
I understand it was busy but the staff members reaction was way out of line. Why bother shopping in the store when you can shop online and not deal with an overreaction by one staff member. My daughter was with me and her comment on leaving the store was how rude the staff member was and she wanted to return the item. I live locally but I won't be back. As there are plenty of other shopping available.

Sensational deals and great range of stock. Good for fishing, camping, snow gear there is always something to buy Hahha

Steve was very understanding and friendly when I wanted to return the self inflating mattresses.

Won't check stock for customers. Requests that they drive all the way to find out themselves. Worked in retail before and I know it gets busy, but checking stock on a system isn't time consuming.

2 stars because Anaconda in general has a good range.

The staff here are simply too rude. Considering they’re at the height of their career working in a dump. Learn some manners

Today I went to exchange a pair of shoes - an easy task. They didn't have the size of asked for and a sales assistant named Ian offered to help me select something similar, in the right size. He was knowledgeable about size and fitting and conveyed his knowledge respectfully and with kindness. Before today I felt neutral about Anaconda but the effort 3 staff members went through to ensure I left with what I wanted and needed was above and beyond. I'm now their loyal customer.

Thank you for the excellent service today. I asked a staff member for help, she smiled and said it was her first day and that she would get someone with more knowledge which she did. Along came Rachel
who assisted us with knowledge, showing us items and giving the best advise. Fantastic! I would not recommend this store more highly for variety, price and service. Outstanding customer service

The best shop for outdoor gears and equipment. Plenty of quality brand names you can chose from. They having sale price at the time of my purchase and gave me more discount on top of it when I used my birthday gift voucher. Whatta great savings!

Joined their Adventure club today and saved stacks on a camping bed. Friendly staff and great service!
