Anaconda Bayswater reviews
66Staff were super friendly and helpful. After going to other stores in disarray, this store was so neat and tidy with staff that were more than happy to help, it defines a great shopping experience!
Last sat the 16th of dec i drove for 45 min to buy a cooker that i had called about and was told it was in stock, when i got to anaconda i was ignored by all staff members i looked for the cooker for 30 min, i asked three staff members (all kids barely 18) and all three said they were busy and walked off two of which just went to talk to other staff members, finally sufficiently annoyed i stood in front of a staff member and requested for him to find me the cooker i was after, three staff members and another half an hour latter they finally found it for me, i then asked if they price matched and was told the do, i was led to the front counter where i was promptly interrogated for my request of price matching and the girl behind the register was disgustingly rude if that was a staff member of mine she would;d be on the dole cue.
Anaconda i know you employ children to keep your costs down but you think you could actually train them a little and teach them some manners, i will never walk back in to an anaconda again.
A wide range of generally well-priced mid-tier equipment across most outdoor hobbies. They don't stand out in any one particular category but are reasonable across all. The staff are generally helpful but not experts. Plenty of parking
Surprised to find they don't carry maps any more. For a store that touts themselves as being the store for outdoor "adventure", a key part of that is planning your route. GPS is great for getting you there, but a map is far better for actually working out where you want to go in the first place. Other than that, reasonable gear at good prices when oon special.
Stocked n neat selves and helpful staff.
Can't rate higher as the only person on the register had serious BO going 5m into the store. Not you'd think fellow staffers or floor manager would address it, but no, just a bit more jibber jabber.
