Quick "click and collect" and easy to find the extra things I'd forgotten about

Bloody big with a full range and open 7 days. Super friendly and helpful staff. A little overpriced but pretty decent when sales are on. Shopping online might be cheaper (sometimes) but you don't know exactly if it'll fit or how it feels in the hand.

This store never fails to deliver top quality customer service. Was planning a trip to Antarctica, and the staff patiently worked with me to make sure I was outfitted correctly for my trip. More recently, when a duffel bag I purchased at Anaconda broke to the point of being unuseable, I returned it to the store to claim the manufacturer's guarantee. When the manufacturer balked, the staff member said "leave it with me and I'll work on them". And did she. Two weeks later the bag was replaced at no cost. Very impressed that the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Compliments to all!

The best service I have ever received from any fishing department I have been to before. I purchased a few fishing rod and reels and the customer service and product knowledge was 10 out of 10. Well done and thank you.

Had a very good experience with Dee tonight. She was very helpful and informative and helped me find some great hiking boots and socks. Did not rush me even when the store had shut. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Bought a tent today from Anaconda Bayswater. Was having a bit of trouble working out how to put it up and pack it away. Called the team at Anaconda and asked if I could come in and get some help with it. Riley and another employee (sorry, I forgot your name) took the tent out onto some grass near the store and showed me and my wife how to put it up and pack it away. They were so helpful and didn’t mind showing us. Really appreciate it guys. Thanks so much.

Was after an unusual rod. After a good look through the complete selection found it. Staff had given up, but more searching found exactly the one!

I'm the regular customer in Bayswater, they always have extensive range of fishing and outdoor products. The staff are always knowledgeable for customers needs. I also have been there VIP night, there were absolutely fantastic.

Before we entered the store, my wife asked one of the team members if we could bring our dog into the store. To which she replied of course, we love dogs. We entered the store with our well behaved dog on the lead and we verbally abused by a middle aged man, saying we should not bring the dog inside and they should be left outside. Riley, one of the excellent team members, stepped in and reassured us that we were ok and we were to let him or another staff member know if we received more abuse.
Riley then continued to assist us with the purchase of our new tent. His knowledge of the product and flexibility with the price beat guarantee was outstanding. Highly recommend Riley and the Bayswater Store.

Super helpful and friendly staff. We were helped by Tim who provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable when we asked for advice on overnight hiking essentials.

Dodgy online sales. I bought an item in stock, they decided to reject the sale, then offer the same item at a higher price.i requested a supervisor rewiew the sale, - nothing but repeat template nothing emails. It was something like 10 bucks off - pfft.

If anyone needs any fishing gear I strongly encourage you to ask for Brett at anaconda Bayswater. He didnt sell me anything I didn't need, he was conscious of my budget.was more than happy to answer any silly question I had as a rookie, extremely helpful with advice and you can just tell he really wants you to have a good time and catch some fish. 10/10 service, couldn't of gone any better.
