If you are going to have flu shots available to book online, might want to make sure that you are actually open on the day that you allow people to book! I would suggest to anyone else who books here to call and double check before going.

We have been customers for something like 15 years now My wife has chronic and complex health issues, so during that time we have had many hundreds of scripts filled. The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to help out with some fairly complex scripts.

The female pharmacist working this Sunday afternoon leaves much to be desired attitude-wise. Whilst I understand certifying documents is a big undertaking when I needed several copies - her exclamation and clear frustration at being asked to do a public service was appalling. When approached she talked to having to prioritise her time (there was no-one in the store except me, by the way). It was all too much effort and above her station clearly. Oh - and they wanted $80 for the privilege - approaches Chemist Warehouse - they were happy to do it for $10. Won’t be shopping at Amcal for my pharmacy products.

Visited this establishment this afternoon asking for a snake bite bandage.
Young man on cash register was helpful and referred request to an assistant who rudely was unable to help and told him to refer to Sigma! The young man went to a chemist at the rear of the shop and was told they didn't have any.
It is now snake season and despite the Oakleigh area being very suburban, snakes can still appear in suburban gardens due to rats, possums and cats. Lift your game! Every customer is a potential long standing purchaser. I have had some excellent service at this shop but unfortunately my favourite assistants were not on duty.

Been here once. Staff are not helpful. Came here to pick up an online order. Was told it had not yet arrived. I was a bit puzzled and when I told them I had received an email stating it had.they simply said that they send emails out sometimes but it does not mean it had arrived in store? Rather than enquire further they Told me to come back next week. I showed them the email which they simply disregarded it. The lady seemed like she had no interest in helping me. When they discovered my order After me figuring out why they could not find it there was no apology. Terrible service! Take your money to those who provide a good service, not for them but because you deserve it.

This pharmacy didn’t have the supplement i was after, bioceuticals glucosamine msm. They agreed to order it for me & assured me they would have it in a few days and would contact me when i can pick it up. They requested i leave a deposit $20 as well which i did. Over a week later i still had not been contacted so my wife called and one of the pharmacists (Mark) advised they had yet to order my supplement because they were unsure what product i was after, which was odd because if they didnt know then why did they take my deposit and why didnt they contact me? I went into store and one of their assistants changed the story and advised that i had been contacted by another staff to be advised they were unable to order my supplement because they were “out of stock”. Of course i had not been contacted and it was clearly an attempt to put the blame back on me. I demanded my deposit back and will never walk back into this dodgy chemist again. To not even be straight with me and attempt to keep my deposit without contacting me is just disgraceful. Customer service = 0.
