Joke of a place tells me to come pick up my script then I drive 35 minutes there to be told they can’t give it to me so I got them to send my script to a different pharmacy and I had no problems there

Pharmacist scanned my electronic prescription multiple times, only to realize they didn’t have stock of the medication. They then forgot to remove it from their pending dispensed medications, causing a whole fiasco when I tried to get the script filled elsewhere

I bought my son for a flu shot this morning. He had horrible experience with needles in the past and was out of control when we were going to get the flu shot. It took us two hours going in and out of the room multiple times and finally with lots of understanding, explanation and patience we managed to get him calmly having the flu shot. It's the first time he was able to be this calm and not crying during or after the shot. Thank you so much Lily from Amcal, you are amazing!

Been with Oakleigh pharmacy for quite some time now and iv all ways been treated equally and fair excellent with good health advice carnt count how many times they have helped me out with my medication. THANKS TO ALL THE FLOOR STAFF & PHARMACISTS AT OAKIEIGH PHARMACY

I came in stressed about getting an e-script filled because I had lost access to the sms link. The pharmacist I spoke to was very nice and quickly helped me get my medication without any issues, so thank you!

Rude on the phone, rude in person. Mismanagement aspirants look no further than here.
As well as the rudeness, incompetence resulted in essential medication delays. Another Amcal pharmacy had no issue rectifying this one's mistake immediately. Unfortunately this pharmacy failed to even be apologetic or remorseful.

Had intense pain after surgery, they would not give me my prescribed pain killer as "the doctor is not picking up the phone, theres nothing i can do, youll just have to wait until monday". First call i made to Dr Savage and he immediately picked up and was confused why I did not have access to the necessary pain relievers. Amira does not seem all that bright, causing me extremely unnecessary pain and stress.

Usually pleasant pharmacy but returning a faulty item today I was treated very poorly by young staff member. Even with a receipt (reading glasses that the lens fell out after 1 week) she said no. I then had to talk to the chemist, no money back just replacement and had to spend difference in price. Won't be back.

Awful, rude staff who should not be working at a pharmacy when they don't know what they are doing or how to speak to people. Went to chemist warehouse and got the same thing half price and with nice staff.

We went there for my wife's booster jab. The pharmacist was really friendly and helpful. But during our waiting time I looked at the price tags. I noticed that generally their prices are higher than Chemist Warehouse.
The staffs were all friendly and the store itself was neat and clean.

Having Coles and Woolworths so close is also handy, drop your script off, do your shopping, pick your script up. Brilliant!

Not the best customer service. They hung up on me twice. Then refused to send my script to another chemist that was closer to me. I’d advise not bothering with this inept chemist.

Great customer service experience from the caring and helpful team at Oakleigh Amcal. Prices are surprisingly cheap too. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Great customer care and service at Amcal Pharmacy Oakleigh this week. Wanted to give a shout out to the pharmacist who served me. Mark clearly demonstrated strong knowledge on the medication I was prescribed, possible adverse effects, combining meds and most importantly took the time to explain clearly about the dosage requirements and what to look out for and to then discuss with my doctor. I felt Mark was honest and went above and beyond in explaining it all to me. If you have complex pharmaceutical needs, this is the pharmacist for you.
