Terrible. Prices on their website are different to what you get in store. In another instance, I went for document certification and in lieu of that, pharmacist was indirectly asking me to donate the money to some charity which they support. It was a bit uncomfortable and I decided to go to another store.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I visit, and already know me by name after only a couple visits. They have a great text-based reminder service as well, letting me know when I'm due to pick up a medication. They even reply to text messages with any questions or concerns! By far the best pharmacy in the whole CBD, and one of the best in Melbourne.
All pharmacies should aspire to reach this pharmacy's level of customer service! No joke. Staff are genuinely nice people and demonstrate proper service. And when you think about it.they are situated right in the Southern Cross train station.you reckon you'd have good customer patience working there? So hats off to all the staff. I'll make a toast with top shelf liquor for you!
Not my normal pharmacy but the staff deserve a special mention for the friendly and helpful professional advice.
Terrible customer service. Asked for assistance and the person forgot and spent 10 minutes assisting someone else. Ended up asking another person who was able to assist me but spent 10 more unnecessary minutes in the storen due to their inability to remember customers.
I have been attending this Pharmacy for over 4 years now and I cannot find a single fault. Each Pharmacist is friendly and helpful but my favourite is Natalie. I recently moved away and despite there being numerous Pharmacies closer to my new address, I still insist on going back to the girls at Southern Cross Amcal. Thank you for years of great advice and friendly service.
