Amcal Pharmacy Docklands - Southern Cross Station reviews
29How can they charge nearly $20 for a prescription that's only $6 at chemist warehouse? Worst of all it's a knock off generic brand too. Should be illegal.
Every time I have visited this place the staff and pharmacists have been really rude. I have no idea why, I only went in there to ask some questions about my medications but it seemed that they didn't like me because of the medications I'm on? Very strange. Not a nice place at all.
Rude server! Like if you hate your job that much and can’t be friendly simply Leave ur job.
Will not return due to the rude behaviour.
Rude customer service= not a returning customer
The pharmacist here is very nice and great with the customers. Very handy location and hard to find scripts.
Very friendly staff, especially during covid. They were very helpful with advice even though they couldn't provide me with what I needed on the day.
I have been using this pharmacy for years- the pharmacists are professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. All staff are always willing to help.
I especially like that they put most medication in a bag when dispensing for privacy- such a small thing but so many chemists don’t do it. I really appreciate this level of care.
During COVID they have been particularly flexible and helpful- even doing deliveries to customers where required.
Complete rip off for prescriptions. I was charged $18 for a prescription that cost me $6 at Chemist Warehouse only two weeks earlier. They should have their pharmacy license canceled. I guess they think they can justify higher prices based on the convenience of the location. Don’t let them get away with it - take your business elsewhere.
This is the only pharmacy i go for everything since i work nearby, most of the staffs are nice esp the pharmacist.
This morning, i saw a new person at the cashier and she is rude.maybe she is not well, as a repeated customer
i feel sorry. I am working as a customer service myself n i know how it feels.yet we still hv to provide a good customer service.regardless
The other people who work in the shop are very attentive & helpful & polite but it only takes one person to make things unpleasant, the pharmacist was unhelpful and rude, it seems to me that she does not care about customers or the business, not saying this pharmacist is a bad person but she is very unsuitable.
I went there this morning with my work mate and one of the pharmacist named Ser Lim basically refused to provide any help with such a horrible attitude. So I have to go ask other staffs who are much friendlier and professional. I have lodged a complaint with their management team, they should really replace her by someone who have the basic customer service skills. Me and my coworkers will never come back to this store.
Staff were nice but when I came 4 days later to pick up my prescription they told me that they forgot to order it!
The range of products isn't great. When I asked about some items that I needed, the staff were indifferent and didn't check out the back or the computers.
Significant mark up on items compared to the website. Unhelpful staff, you can literally order it online cheaper and have it delivered to the store if you're willing to wait a few days.
Absolutely appalling staff. Pharmistic was useless, didn't listen and refused to help. What a shame, could be an absolutely booming chemist due to location but with zero customer service I will NEVER step in there again even if I was dying, forget it.
My usual $7-9 prescription was serviced at over $20
Just complete rip off. Avoid unless you are literally going to drop dead without.
I went there to get Elevit pregnancy 100 pack this morning, it was advertised that it is $57.99 but in their southern cross branch they have put it for $70. I asked her that is fine I don't want it then if that is the case. She said bluntly the price is higher because we pay rent here and I replied i know everyone pays rent everywhere. Rude staff and zero customer service.
A conveniently located pharmacy in the city which is let down by the rude and non-customer focused staff and pharmacist. I have shopped without incident on many occasion at this store, however based on recent experiences, won't be returning (plenty of alternatives). I suggest others do the same and avoid the store.
A pharmacy totally let down by the rude and dismissive pharmacist. Such a pity given how lovely the remaining staff are. They really need to fire her and get a replacement that has some basic customer service skills.
Friendly staff but extremely marked up perscriptions. Literally half price at chemist warehouse. It was too late to cancel it.
Amazingly helpful and very friendly staff and great location. 4 stars and not 5 because of slightly higher prices.
