Amcal+ Pharmacy Altona - Tom Sarros

Went there earlier.waiting a few minutes for a girl working there to serve me at the checkout desk (she was doing something where the lotto is done). A boy walked in off the street and went to the lotto area. She went to serve him and said” I’ll be with you soon”. I put the product I was buying and left as I was already in a rush. That is not the first time it has happened. I have always gone there since moving to Altona. I will no longer be using this chemist. Extremely poor service

Great friendly staff and knowledgeable, always willing to help. By far the best chemist in the area with easy access car park around the back, bonus is you can play your tattslotto there as well.

Called on Monday for a Flu shot and was told that supply was gone but I should call later in the week when they would have more information. Called on Thursday (yes, 3 days later) and told that they now have over 200 people on 'the list' and I should go elsewhere. Why was I not put on 'the list' on Monday? I live very close and have used this chemist for over 10 years but since there is another one nearby I will be going there from now on.

Had a small injury while I was at the beach and wanted some simple bandages. The staff were very helpful and I appreciate their service.

Very happy to see new ownership here I now recommend this chemist in altona. Behavior shown from previous owner was utterly disgraceful.

I've been going here for a year since I moved to the area. Absolutely ridiculous! They muck up my scripts every time without fail. Lose them, forget something that is on my prescription. One time they threw my script in the bin by accident. Not to mention the 20 min wait! The staff are friendly, that's the only positive thing I can come up with to say. I only went there because it was the closest to me. I'll travel further for better thanks!

新年快乐! Mahyo likes pharmacy and lotto. Good combination. In this pharmacy you can get all sorts of things for medical needs. Make sure you get a hat for the rest of summer. Don't sunburn your face at the AltonA Beach.

Tom Sarros still works there. Great service from a guy with excellent experience and knowledge.

I've been coming here since I moved to the West 1 year ago and it's so nice coming in as Tom and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The best pharmacy in the western suburbs!

I have found this chemist to be very helpful, they go out of their way to do the extra yards that ensure customer satisfaction. Tom has an excellent team behind him.
