I really appreciate how Simon does his best to provide in short supply Dr prescribed medicine month in month out and how friendly and careful everyone is.

Poor customer service. I waited in front of the counter for at least 5 min and employees didn’t even look at my face. When I approach to ask for help a rude lady said to wait, could’ve told me that before. I would understand if they were busy and would be happy to wait. When someone come, rudely asked me what I was after. Please, improve your customer service. I know you don’t have anything about my problem but my head was bleeding because of a magpie just had attacked me and I was seeking for information.

Not my regular chemist but i will definitely be making it my usual! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and were able to direct me to the correct isle

The team are always very helpful and friendly here. I've never experienced long wait times or struggled to get assistance, even when it's been really busy.

Ny husband went into the Chemist discount centre on pier street Altona yesterday. He enquired about getting some sort of medicated cream for his hands that had developed chilblains from the cold. He was served by an older lady of the staff there who helped him find a cream. After looking at the cream my husband decided that it was not going to help his condition after all and put it back on the shelf. A younger member of staff saw him do this. As he went to leave, the older lady started yelling across the store and ran after him causing everyone in the store to stop what they were doing and look. She angrily accused my husband of not having paid for the cream and demanded he empty his pockets right there. Making a huge public scene.
My husband professed his innocence and that he had placed the cream back on the shelf as it wasn’t what he thought he needed. She did not believe him and was still angrily accusing him. He told her to look at the camera footage and call the police if she was convinced as he had done nothing wrong. The younger employee came to his defence and confirmed she saw him put it back. All the older employee said was, oh ok,
no sorry or apology for the accusation.
To summarise my husband will never return to our local chemist discount centre on pier street because he has been publicly embarrassed and humiliated in front of all the other customers and when proven wrong they were not apologetic at all. Also the manager/supervisor watched on and did nothing and stayed silent the whole time. My husband is not a thief! He is a good person.

Simon and the team go above and beyond to support and assist. The service is always personal and friendly, even when they are rushed off their feet. We have had external glitches over the years that they have fixed and saved us from some potentially terrible medical and personal situations. We are so lucky to have this business in our village.

The pharmacists that work here are always so helpful and informative. Very happy with the level of service.

Simon and his team are always amazing, very helpful, respectful and warm. I went to many pharmacies, and usually don't really care which one I go to. Since Simon opened his pharmacy in Altona few years ago, I stopped going around and always come here for everything, same goes with our whole family. We feel being looked after, hence 5-star. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, friendly at all times, competitive prices and convenient parking. I find this pharmacy is faultless. Simon is absolutely wonderful, both in persona and knowledge, and the girls are all extremely lovely. The understanding, patience and empathy demonstrated is to be commended. I frequent the store on a regular basis, and the fact it’s personalised service, not the production line feel of other pharmacies, is what maintains my loyalty. Highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Manager is so rude and cocky, was struggling to find a single item for over 15min, running around trying to ask where it was. All they were doing was chit-chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Horrible waiting times, one person at the whole counter! Empty counters where workers should be. Don't waste your time and money here, just go to Chemist Warehouse or something. Useless chemist. Read some of the other reviews and answers too, the person answering the reviews is so rude. Who checks surveillance footage just so make sure someone isn't lying about waiting? ! That's appalling. Imagine being so stuck up you check footage and correct them on 2 minutes!

Very happy with the friendliness and fantastic customer service provided by the staff and pharmacists at this chemist. I have been a long time customer to this chemist and would reccomend them to the wider community of Altona. Always helpful and able to answer questions on various products and medications. A vibrant range of giftware great for many occasions. Always a pleasure to do business on a first name basis.

I have been using this chemist for over 20 years. Initially asTom Sarris Pharmacy, where I was always treated with dignity, respect and genuine caring from Tom and his wonderful staff. With the hand over of the business to Simon Jiao, none of this changed. From the very start Simon and the team got to work getting to know all their clients and their requirements, regardless of the complexity. The store was easy to navigate with a great range of products (however with the quick service from staff you are never left waiting too long) A wonderful and supportive team of staff/ friends who I will truely miss having to relocate interstate.

Great customer service, they usually have whatever I've needed to pop in for, and are more often than not very attentive to their patrons. Would recommend to anyone who needs a local chemist to go to!

Not the fastest or politest in terms of customer service - a lot of staff walk around you either in silence, or looking down not making eye contact - not thinking to say hello or ask if they can help. I’ve spent 20 mins (more than a few times) waiting for someone - anyone - to serve the customers. Once you get to your turn, it’s better. It’s not dire, but it does make one a little unwelcome every now and then.

Everything else about the place is great! Clean and naturally light-filled.
Staff are highly knowledgeable.
Great range of products.
Very reasonable prices when a sale is on.

The head pharmacist, Simon, and his team are welcoming and do their best to remember their customers by name. Their pharmaceutical knowledge is brilliant and they take all the time needed to answer any questions you may have about a new medication, side effects or contradictions with other medicines. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very helpful and supportive they fix any issues I have, they will sit and talk if I have any problems … if any issues they follow Geelong. I think the complainers must have got their chemist mixed up
