The experience at Amberlee was phenomenal. Mohit, Luxman, leah and the entire team far exceeded our expectations with exceptional customer service. I cannot fault anything at all. I was beyond happy with the event that we hosted and if I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Nothing but positive words for this fantastic venue. We hosted our Enagagement party here and the support was amazing. The staff on the day was fantastic, the food was scrumptious and extreme good quality and the service was second to none, the venue looked amazing. And the bridal room was spacious. All of these factors made our enagagement party more than magical and I highly recommend this venue and team to anyone.

Not even one star.
Gardens were terrible. All Tree Ferns were dead. Fake grass was worn through. Plants in pots sitting next to potting mix bags. Debris of leaves filled the pond. The bridge was on its last legs. Rotunda was broken. That's just the outside.
Tables were still being set up as we all walked in. The Bridal table didn't have enough seating for them. They ran out of beer within the first hour. They had to go and buy some more so people were standing in a line for atleast 45 minutes waiting. Wine on the table was warm and they couldn't organise ice buckets as they had to go and buy more ice. Curtains were falling down. Different size wine glasses on the tables. I could go on. Friends and family traumatised by this.

Attended a function there, the place was well setup. The service was good and the staff was well mannered.
Found the place calm and beautiful with a happily working staff.

Greedy bastered, they steal your money and dump u, very doggy owner, they have many partners and don't trust them at all with ur money seriously. One partner will tell u one price and other will charge his mind. Very greedy, even they will take your deposit and never return it, not trustworthy.don't even bother to approch this place for your functions

Recently booked it for a wedding reception and everything was amazing. The venue was flawless and the hospitality of the management and staff was amazing. I highly recommend.

100% recommend for any event. I held my school’s year 12 formal at Amberlee Receptions and I really couldn’t have been happier with them. The staff are lovely, very easy to communicate with and go absolutely above and beyond to make your event exactly how you want it. The staff were very knowledgeable about organising events and were able to offer me advice and make suggestions to make the event run smoothly. The venue is beautiful with nice facilities and has lots of options for customisation in a budget-friendly way, and the food at the event was just delicious. The staff even went the further mile to ensure that anyone with intolerances/allergies had their own meals which were cooked separately to the rest to ensure no cross-contamination. If you are thinking about having an event and are not sure where to go, this is your place.

We had 2 events in a row celebrating? Australia Day and India Republic Day the whole staff did their best and got us the requirements needed highly recommended go and meet the owner Mohit and he will take care of your business and Manager Sharon and chef all doing their best

Before i write my review, i read few. God they are so true. Owners are horrible. I mean, I've never met owners like that. If this place goes down, its because of them. Staff coordinators are lovely.
We were promised one price, then they are like no we can't do, thank god we had evidence and still we had to fight back. Then like 7 days to the wedding, they were saying can't give food as promised. I had to fight again. Then, for the promised hours, So many miscommunications between owners and staff lead us to pain.
But we met this party coordinator, Sharon, who was extremely helpful. Even on the day of the party, she was not just coordinating, but also worked with the staff to cater food and everything else too. She was incredible and wonderful customer service. She is a gem to those clueless owners.
Food was beautiful, place was amazing, the hall didn't have proper cooler, though.
I hope you don't even meet the owners. See Sharon she will make it happen

The service from the previous owners was very personal and was so much better now the service is dropped alot

Had a wedding here and the the manager/staff were amazing. Everything was on point and the night went amazing. Whoever wants an amazing function, I highly recommend this place. The lady manager is an absolute angel and the staff were so nice and respectful.

Attended a function there and the place was filthy. Toilets had dust everywhere and urine smell all over.shocking!

Highly recommended. Staff is very polite and professional. Nice place and very neat clean reception center. Once again highly recommended.

Fantastic hospitality, great food, beautiful venue. Had our party on the 27th amazing service from your staff. All my guests loved the place, service and food. They were very keen to celebrate their next occation at Amberlee reception. Would recommend it to everyone

DJ pushing the subwoofers to an obnoxious level at 11pm at night. Creates noise levels of 70dB at the motel bedroom next door which classifies as unreasonable levels. You need to invest in cardioid subwoofers to stop the bass bleed or put high pass filters in.

IN RESPONSE: I do understand however, as the venue manager, it is your responsibility to tell any musical performances what noise levels are acceptable and what are not. A DJ will always play as loud as they can until management tells them to turn it down, you need to manage that yourself more rigorously.

Had our wedding there in 2015 in Cameo room. Everything was excellent, great food, staff and nothing was too much trouble.
Looking to renew our vows next year (2020) and definitely considering going back!

Nemo and Kara did an absolutely amazing job at accommodating our every need for my sisters wedding. The venue has a warm and welcoming ambience and the staff are second to none when it comes to delivering great service to their guests. Nemo was so generous with his time throughout the whole planning process and Kara was a great support on the day with making the day run smoothly from start to end. Everyone enjoyed an incredible night and we will definitely revisit for any upcoming events. Hit Nemo up for your next function!

Attended a birthday party here in January. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Nemo and his staff are just so lovely and helpful, and both function rooms look amazing. A real hidden gem!
