We had fantastic experience at Amberlee receptions. Sue was very approachable and worked very quickly around last minute changes from our end. Sue who was our point of contact for the evening was very helpful too. The staff on the night were very friendly and efficient. The food was very tasty with lovely presentation. All in all had a wonderful experience at Amberlee receptions. I would definitely recommend the venue.

This reception was absolutely stunning and amazing. The duty manager, Sue was incredible. She was so attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Staff were also so friendly and understanding when it came to service/dietary requirements.

I would recommend this reception and definitely will be returning for any future receptions.

I can not thank the team and chef more. They were FANTASTIC and food was delicious.

Celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday here and the staffs were amazing! The buffet package was worth the price! The venue had a beautiful set up. Overall, it’s a good choice to have your event here.

Food was great and staff service was even better. Loved the bread, shame they didn't have anymore.

Had my reception few weeks back …. Please don’t waste your money, as management is horrible…. In the beginning everything was very good when i made the booking even did the food tasting till that was very good.
They asked me to pay all money in advance which i did…. My mistake.
Then on the day entree’s finished before all the guests arrived and they said ur guests were late as they serve entree for 45 mins only which i was not told as well.
But in actual they didn’t serve 45 mins as well all the trays were empty.
Then they blamed the numbers of guests i gave were wrong. I told them 110+10 kids but they told me there are 150 total guests
When we did the count it was only 97 adults + kids.
They spoiled my night in beginning when i tried to confront them, the boss switched off his phone and manager left me with excuses.

At the end it was me who suffered and trust me last thing you want is your guests turn back without food it was so embarrassing. They didn’t bother at all because they were already paid full amount before the party and I wasn’t ready at all to pay full amount in advance but they insisted a day before the party that it’s there everyday thing and they know well what to do.

So guys choose wisely!

Had my reception at Amberlee few weeks back and one of the worst experience ever of my life. Had to pay minimum for 90 people bz they were saying its a minimum number of people requirement for big Hall. They charged $70 per plate and $1000 just to serve the Alcohol (supplied buy us), however around 60-70 people turned up. Literally table were empty and they serve nothing. Just served once on tables and nothing after that. When we paid advance and then they start saying we can’t serve alcohol bottles on each table as people can come to bar and get the drinks or we can put the bottles on just one table and people can sit around that table and have drinks, is it workable? One of my friend ask for Some food and staff said No More Food. Like how can you say that there is no more food as we paid for 90 people and hardly there were 60-70 people. At least you guys had serve properly to 60 people. Night shift manager Jatin was saying its hard to serve DESI’s. We all are desi after all and i’m proud to be a desi and these are the desi’s who running your business mate. Okay, they wrapped up the food around 10: 30 however the finishing was 11. When I asked Jatin why you guys wrapped up the food, he was like Bai asi v ghre jana. If you’re so worried about going home early then don’t do the night shift simple is that. At least serve to the people so that they don’t have to go home witb empty stomach. Had to give you guys 1 star but you deserve even less than that but no option to give you less. Think twice before going with Amberlee, they said something else and do visa versa.

I celebrated my 40th bday at amberlee and the experience was very joyful, the food was good and whole party was lit

I was here for an all girls henna night and let me tell you, it was such a fun evening. The staff were super nice and friendly. We had the afghan food served to us and it was my first time trying afghan food. The chef did an outstanding job, the food was unique and delicious would definitely recommend. There was a mix of spicy food and the dishes itself had lots of flavour. The place was clean and we had a blast with the disco lights and loud music.

Had my 21st there and the staff was really accommodating and ensured the whole event ran smoothly. I came in as a guest to my event as everything was prepared and done for me!
All the guests also absolutely loved the food! Overall, the place was amazing and staff was very helpful:)

Had my wedding last Saturday at this venue. I recommend 100%. Thank you Leah and your team for organising it soo perfectly as we wanted. All staff are so organised and active throughout. Your food is amazing

My experience celebrating my 21st birthday with Amberlee Receptions was fantastic!

In the evening, the food was delicious, and the service provided by the staff especially Jennifer was outstanding. They were all extremely welcoming and helpful.

Speaking with Khush regarding your event is strongly recommended as she is a professional, friendly, humble, and knowledgeable person who can manage everything. She was great at suggesting several options based on my budget, and she always returned my calls and texts very quickly. She has done an excellent job assisting us.

They have my highest recommendation for anyone whose event depends on excellent service and communication.

Please be aware about agreeing to handing over advance cash to Krishan. I have got the Worst experience with Krishan. He deceived us by agreeing to 7 dishes but on the occasion served 5 dishes (not all of it of our choice) and charged us for the 7 dishes. Later when I showed him the paperwork that included the menu, cost, the cash money we paid, and his signature. He made nonsense excuses, I have experienced the worst customer service ever.

We had our Haldi ceremony and sangeet night at Amberlee Reception and let me tell you everybody fell in love with the hall. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the decor was so lush and elegant. People will not stop telling me how gorgeous everything was. Thank you Amberlee Reception whole team for making my occasion so beautiful and fun! I will definitely be having more parties here to come!

We had one or two days to decide where to celebrate my brother and sister in law silver wedding anniversary- my instinct was right.

We used the CAMEO room on September 18th 2022, lovely place, nice decoration, food was very nice, good quality n plenty in quantity for the guests to have a second portion. Well served, staff very attentive and assertive specially Jetin who oversaw the smooth run of our function.

Khush was very diligent from early stages of our planning and gave me good advice on matters I was not familiar with so thank you for this.

Good team between planning and executing the 25th anniversary. All guests were very impressed with venue and service and, gave us a good compliment - everything was perfect. Good sound system and projector as well.
There was plenty of safe parking as well.

Don’t deal with Krishan Chawla, He will say again n again my service is the best and will try to impress to get your advance money and then everything gonna start, If he will get more people booking at the same day you are booked, he will definitely ask you to change the date or the venue. Don’t go with this hall, save your time and money because he won’t refund easily. Not recommended at all.

Hiring Amberlee Receptions for our daughters 7th birthday was the best decision. Beautiful set up of the spacious venue (Thanks Leah, Jatin & Laxman), amazing food (Thanks Chef Ajay), impeccable services at the bar (Thanks Jennifer). We had approx 120 guests and everyone appreciated the setup, food and other services. Highly recommended without any doubts. Thanks everyone at Amberlee Receptions for making our function a successful and memorable event.

No good at all! The slowest moving service staff I’ve ever come across, literally sloth paced! Old helium balloons from previous functions on the roof. The remnants of a drink or food having been thrown at a wall but the hole in the wall and the food was still there Looked like it happened a while ago. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. No undercover outdoor area.
The whole experience just felt yuck! It feels unhygienic from the tables to the bathrooms to the bar and even the glass washer behind the bar looked about 30 years old. The food was also crap
Won’t be back and 100% would not recommend!

Honestly I had best experience hosting party at AMBERLEE receptions special thanks to Kush and Mr Chawla for amazing service and professionalism. Kush you made it all so easy for me and understood my vision nicely.
