Amart Furniture Braybrook

Walked around and was ignored by staff. The staff said hello to people 5 meters away and walked past me. Literally everyone else had a staff member approach them. I even stood in front of the items I would have brought and tried to get someone to acknowledge me. Nothing. Zero. I stood by the door writing the review was finally approach as I was walking out.

Went in store and waiting around for 1h, no one come to ask if i need things, just looked at me and catching good looking people. I came to ask for help, then sale prep turned up, to me that I need mattress protection in order to keep my warranty. After searching manufacturing fact sheets, they never mention that I need mattress protection to keep my warranty. Felt like ripping off

Taylor had given a good customer service and brought a great deal for us. How lovely she was. Even though we was bit confused and her advice help us to make our mind to get the deal. Rather than spending extra money for other items. Thanks Taylor.

Bought some beautiful mid century modern style furniture for the living room. Sales people and customer service is excellent!

Great range of products but too bad their customer service is pretty bad. Many staffs had chat with each other instead of serving customers.

Good place to buy furniture from. They have different varieties of furniture and they prices are good. We bought outdoor furniture and dining table with chairs when we moved to Melbourne and found their service good and furniture good too.

They may as well park the “ sea containers “ from CH_NA out the front of the store and sell directly out of them

I am giving them 1 star and that's mainly because I have to give them 1 star for me to be able and write a review. Where do I start on this one.well lets begin with the product quality, it's a joke. I bought a living / dining set that was part of a package, none of the items were as easy to assemble or would actually properly fit without serious modification. Then ontop of that our items arrived damaged and still smelling like the cheap paint they used. The over all quality is definitely apalling for the 2000 dollars I spend. Then onto customer service, no surprise there. It's an absolute joke, extremely long waiting times paired with being hung up on right after the: "hello can I please lodge a warranty claim please". It took them a month to get back to me on wether they could repay me the money or send me replacements for the faulted items. Then when they send me the information they offered me 10 percent of the initial value! Which is just insulting, when refused they couldn't inform me when the return could take place. Now 2 months later they tried to call me and did not leave a voicemail telling me the new products will not be available until next year januari. I will never again purchase anything from amart furniture nor will I ever recommend them.

Good prices (best). Very nice staff and clean store.very helpful staff with very big acknowledge about furniture etc.

Unfortunately, there was nothing in stock and delivery might be in after my required date. The staff at Springvale went up an above the call of customer service to find a unit from another store. Both ladies that helped and the manager were absolutely wonderful.

Horrendous quality furniture, had to return it (lengthy warranty claim procedure where I’m fobbed off to different departments without referral) and when I show up with a dismantled bed in my car the dispatch is closed so I have to come again another day. Never buy from them again

I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Amart Sales team for handling the bed frame issue so well and eventually they also offered me free bed assembly, which helped quite alot given the experience I had to go through due to terrible response from the customer service team.

ZERO star to Amart's so called "customer care" team, because ironically that team hardly ever takes of customer. Same rating goes for the teams who handles missing parts because none of them answered my calls either.

Not happy with service they sent me message and email to pick up. I confirmed pickup day which was monday. But when I reached there they said I cant pick up on Monday and Wednesday. They waste my time and money which I payed to movers.

Bought lots of stuffs but product delivery (pickup from store) is too high. Most of the staffs were friendly. No parking issue.

The guy who helps to pickup deliveries is friendly.

Forget looking in the "clearance" section of the Braybrook store the prices are ridiculously high for items that are severely damaged. Save yourself a trip and go to Hoppers Crossing!

Great very helpful staff not pushing for a sale makes it easier to choose what you want (and stock at hand) have been shopping hear before and will be back when it is time to update things

READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! MOST OF THE FURNITURE COME IN COMPLETE FLAT PACK YOU HAVE TO BE A FURNITURE MAKER TO ASSEMBLE IT! ITS NOT AN EASY FIT! TO BE SAFE WHEN YOU ARE BUYING YOUR FURNITURE ADD THE COST OF ASSEMBLING AS WELL! WOULD COST A FORTUNE!

Better prices than other furniture shops around. Great products, great quality. Staff are very helpful and polite. Store setup is nice.

My partner & I bought a couch & coffee table from Amart & we were looked after by Daniel. He was amazing, went above & beyond & gave us a really good discount. If you're looking to purchase furniture from Amart Braybrook, make sure you are served by Daniel, can not recommend him enough.
