It would be great if they answered their phone! Called 8 times in a row and no answer. Poor customer service.
We bought a new leather couch for $6400 and started peeling after 20 months we had a 12 year warrantee and paid for a letter protection plan for 5 years at $169 Extra. And still they say not covered under warrantee they saint a repair man who said he doesn’t know how he will be able to fix this and then say it’s from a chemical reaction from our hair or medication we take and not covered. Not happy at all and no help from A-mart there warrantee is not worth the paper it’s written on will never buy anything from them again
Massive store, scored some bargains with some Hampton style stools and I am really impressed with the comfort and quality of them.
I purchased 8 chairs Asheville dining
4 months ago and they have5 years warranty.
One of them collapsed,
I called them for the warranty
I been told there is no warranty on these chairs because they were in store
And when I purchased them never been told that there is no warranty on those chairs
It’s just lie.
Terrible after sales care. Faulty product - diagnosed as rails in drawer. One person on the phone said that they wouldn't send someone to fix it but what they usually did was offer a discount as compensation. The part never arrived and when I called to follow up some time later I was told I would need to send through all the photos etc again and they denied the compensation policy even though the rails were not part of the assembly of the product (ie, it was preassembled)
We ordered a bedframe and an queens mattress. The sale said drivers would deliver to my apartment unit. However, drivers just dumped them at kerbside a few shops away from the entrances. They refused to transport them to the entrances. They dumped them and left. Poor services.

The store staff and phone customer service were kind, but the delivery guys were rude. I bought $1800 mattress, now regret that I should spend this money on different shop.
Staff don't want to know you, walk in with money to spend and it took at least 15 minutes for someone to come up and ask if we needed help. Not even busy on the day we arrived
I got the Keller sofa set of 2 seater and 3 seater. After a few years the sofa collapsed and it is still under warranty. They sent a person to inspect and found the issue to be true. But after that, instead of offering repairs or replacement or refund they just gave me two offers to select. One is to accept 195$ or accept 295$ store credit. It’s just a fraction of the amount. Not sure what they mean by warranty here? They aren’t even providing any reasoning and just are just saying that these are the offers that we can provide. The item was brought at braybrook in Victoria
Not impressed with the lack of strong solid tables and chairs under $1000, going to wait for stocktake sales etc
Better to pruchase online than visit this store. There is no sense of urgency in the staff. They were stuck behind the counter staring at their computer screens. People were queing up waiting to be served. We waited for more than an hour on a Friday evening with no service and then purchased online as the products are decent.
Sales lady Karen was absolutely amazing, great people skills and answered all of the many questions I had:)
It’s tooooo hot that day. It’s really hard for me to across the road! It’s better to have a traffic light (For my opinion).
It’s not a bad experience. Cos when I walked in, I feel like no one care about me. So I go straight to find someone help me. She is so kind.

Not a great product.for similar price good options other places. At goods pick up area. The employee was coughing like hell and were not wearing mask.
Absolute nightmare of an experience. I originally bought a 2-piece couch and a coffee table. When they made the delivery, one couch piece was Light Grey and the other half was Dark Grey. The coffee table was also badly damaged (scuff marks, exposed nails).
I was given a $100 voucher for my trouble. When I went to go use my voucher, I spent about 40 minutes in the store picking out things I liked, only be told that everything I chose had been discontinued (God knows why they're still on the store floor?)
Also haven't received my replacement coffee table (so far 4+ months since it was first delivered). I'm sure one day I'll receive a phone call saying it's been discontinued too.
If possible, I'd give this place a negative amount of stars.
