Dr. Zara’s Hamam Rituals are calming and amazing but it’s the Health and Wellness advice I received at the end of it that really impacted my life! She picked up on my PCOS immediately, suggested tests and put me on a meal plan to get my symptoms and insulin under control. The lymphatic massages have helped quite a bit too! I feel lighter, look less bloated and puffy and my hyperpigmentation has improved too! I’m really happy with the results thus far!

Amara Wellness Centre is like stepping into another world of serenity, peace, and luxury. I spent a session in the hammam. A great indulgent experience. Friendly staff, clean and hygienic premises, and beautiful ambience.
Zara is always helpful and skilled in her work.

Well what can I say, I was reborn after completing the hamam steam therapy and the hydrating facial! Dr Zara is the real deal and she is brilliant! ;) I will definitely be going back there again!

I went to the hospital for seven hours that made no progress to my knee injury. The next day Amara Wellness Centre after a first session had me walking and in the gym the same day, Underrated technology and very knowledgeable service.

I had shoulder pain for a while. After few sessions all gone. Great job.can’t thank you enough Zara and Nicole.

Dr Zara carries immense knowledge of her practice and has been so wonderful at treating my shoulder and hip bursitis! I had been going through my shoulder and hip bursitis for over 2 years, every week I would have to visit my osteo, which helped to soothe pain but it didn’t take away my pain. With Dr Zara, my 2 year long wait of doing my normal chores came to life, with very few treatments my pain went away, my shoulder and hip became stronger. This was more like magic for me! Every visit I would feel better and more confident about my body and my injuries. A huge shout out to Dr Zara, her abilities, her knowledge, her active participation in curing and soothing my body. Thank you!

I started seeing Zara for knee pain from running and from the first appointment, she has exceeded any expectations I’ve had. She has gotten to know me as a whole person which helps her treat me with the best possible approach. She truly cares for her clients and that shows through in every interaction with her. While I initially started seeing her for Endermotherapie, I’ve tried many of her other services (hammam, facial, microcurrent, and more) and been so pleased with all of them. The facial, in particular, was fabulous. She combined high quality products with excellent attention to detail and a high quality massage which led to the best facial I have ever had. On top of that, she’s a great communicator and been very flexible to work with to ensure I can still see her when required despite my busy travel schedule with work. 10/10 would recommend any service from Zara and her team!

The services that I receive from Dr. Zara is excellent. I walked in not being able to move my neck, I had a massive migraine and feeling pretty tired, after my treatment I felt a complete turnaround. Dr. Zara and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends.

It’s a real pity these star ratings only go up to 5 because I honestly reckon Dr Zara should get a 10 star rating!

Yes Dr Zara has given me a whole new lease on life, she found that my Lymphatic System was well and truly blocked and that. It needed drastic attention.
