Alzburg Resort

Definitely Beautiful spot to stay. We had a great few days at the Alzburg Resort. The room we had was clean and nice also All facilities were available. The pool was great and safe special for kids. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful spot to stay! Close to the main Street (550 metres ish). Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms we had were smaller than we thought BUT they were clean and nice. The AC and fans were absolutely heaven. The pool was lovely and the BBQs were handy. Our rooms were right next to the pool gate so our only frustration was the noise the gate made at night. (You deal though) would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing staff, had the best time! The Resort has so much too, Heated Pool, Sauna and Spa. The grounds were beautiful too and the building looks awesome!

Caleb is really accomodating. He assists us really well, from choosing which activity, to renting equipment and then fitting them until loading them at the trailer. Nice customer service!

As part of a trip to ski camp for my last year of high school, we stayed overnight. While the staff were nice, the food okay; room maintenance was not good. While everything was in place, there was a lot of cobwebs, dirt, rotten wood etc. It was clear that the room we were in was not serviced well enough.

Upon getting settled in the room with my friends, one immediately pointed out that there were bugs on the top middle bunk bed. As a result, everyone in the room elected to stay awake and avoid any risk of bed bugs, nearly nothing was unpacked from our luggage. Looking in the cabinets above the kitchen sink, a lot of the plastic/glass cups were dirtied or stained, meaning we had to do our own washing.

We have stayed at alzburg resort for a few days when went snowboarding, I have to stay we were very happy with our stay! The reception staff was very welcoming and professional, helped us with restaurants and places around, also every food place is just around the corner so you could even have a nice walk. We had a spa room, that had a hot tub that was very nice after snowboarding, heating in the room is very strong and keeps you warm through entire cold night. Hotel has a pool that gets covered so you can attend it during winter as well! Definitely recommend!

Excellent accomodation, great service and very helpful staff who go over and above.

Nice comfortable place, have many activities can be done in the resort. Reception is very helpful and friendly. It will be perfect if the room are well maintained.

I’ve only come here for the snow gears hiring and didn’t use any other facilities in the resort. So this is all about the snow equipment. They have quite a lot of gears to hire here and the team was chill and helpful. The only problem was that the room was not big enough for that many people (given they had such sufficient amount of storage) so it’s really crowded and time consuming. But I do get that it’s the last weekend of school holidays. It probably would be alright on weekdays and off peak days. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit.

Staff were extra friendly.from reception and ski hire staff. Ramish and the rest of them were absolutely accomodating.
Hotel room is beautiful and well maintained.
Just a TV signal on evening that might need improvement, but overall fantastic place to spend vacation.

A lovely resort to stay at. Rooms could be maintained at a higher standard. Lovely and quiet, can't hear any noise from the rooms around you. Book yourself in for breakfast the night before so they have it all available. Directly opposite the hospital. Great that you can book and wait for the bus to go to Mount Buller on the curb outside the car park. Truly convenient.

Perfect place to stay for a group! So many ammenities and extremely convenient for a day trip to Mt Buller. Snow essential rentals were a good price. Staff were extremely nice! Will definitely be back!

This place mucked me around with bookings and would not refund me due to not being able to travel due to COVID.so no fault of my own. Staff was rude and not helpful. Legit only cared about money. I would 100% not recommend this place to anyone. They ended up giving me credit as I had already paid for it but I had to pay extra on top and wasn't guaranteed booking.due to absolutely no fault of my own and still wouldn't help with COVID.

Was my worst experience ever i booked different room but got different room and even though they didnot put water in room and when we call the staff they didnot pick our call and after that i payed them extra for decuration and i payed alot but when i entered in a that was really a worst decuration they took money from me for really roses but i found there fake red paper and i pay them for cake as well but the cake quality was really cheap after the consumption of cake we met with upset stomach even they used artifical pearls or roses on a cake which is very dangerous if you eat by mistake in short that why i biggest mistake ever even they destroyed our day

Have been here many times before and it hasn't changed.

Riding through and decided to spend the night in this lovely town. I looked up the Alzburg Resort, rang, and booked.
Great room. LARGE!
Spa and Sauna very close.
Suited my aching bones.
Cant recommend highly enough.

Very happy with our accommodations good size room large queen bed and single. The facilities are fantastic. Swimming pool with spa. Tennis courts. Kids play area. Sauna and hot spa. You can even have your breakfast and tea cooked.high tea if you want.in a lovely garden area. Alzburg Resort put on your bucket list. Mansfield beautiful country to see.

Me and my family of 6 enjoyed our time here. Staff is friendly and helpful. The premises is beautiful and our room had plenty of space. Ideal for families. Highly recommended.

I didn't see the owners as late checkin and early checkout however very nice ppl via email woul respond quickly.
Room was great with really good price. Hotel room with spa kin bed, TV with austar and TV in bathroom so you can watch TV while relaxing in the spa. Little coffee machine which was a great addition and reverse cycle air con.
There's a pool also but I stayed in winter so wasn't going try that.
Overall, really nice place.
