Alterations by Stella

There is no one better at alterations than Stella. She delivers top quality workmanship every time at a very affordable price. Stella is not only wonderful at what she does but is warm and welcoming every time. She is a fantastic addition to the Sandringham Community of family owned businesses.

I brought my wedding dress here 6 weeks ago and asked for very simple alterations- hem, bustle for the train. I called numerous times and stopped by on the dates (twice) she said it would be ready (2 weeks ago) and Stella kept reassuring me that everything was ok. I went in tonight for a final fitting after she told me it was ready and when I arrived it was still pinned, no hem even done! She had not done anything she assured me she would do or that I had asked for. She had cut the top layer of fabric and cut it too short so my toes show! Now I leave for my wedding in 3 days and it is ruined. Not once did she apologise or admit her errors. I would never recommend Stella for any alterations to anyone! Worst experience ever!
