Terrible customer service.
They charged me 20$ for just sewing up the trouser legs. Not even a welcome attitude or a thank you. Do not recommend.

Extremely over priced!
The male employee who regularly works there, spoke rudely when I asked exactly what he was charging for. He responded saying “don’t ask what I’m doing, that’s the price”. Not professional and for the quality of work, it is not in line with their prices!

Need couple corporate pants hem done. Glad it was this store I visited. Pleasant experience, pinned my pants up diligently. Lovely people to deal with. Happy with the price too.

The lady who does the main reception is so rude and heaven help you if you can’t pay before pickup. Shocking Service and expensive. Try another Dry Cleaner

I had 2 pair of jeans for alterations. One was fine and the other one has the left leg longer than the right. So, I went back today to have it altered again. The guy was very nice and they did it in about 20 minutes or so.

When I came back to pick it up, the guy allowed me to try it again before leaving and it seemed fine. I came out of the fitting room and the lady said "next time when you come back tell us to (fold?) both legs" in such an unfriendly voice and stern look. I replied "oh okay, it's my first time I didn't know" coz I actually thought that's how they actually do it. I have no idea. Then the guy explained it in a really nice way and very friendly and told me not all customers are aware of it, so I eased up a bit. But then, I still left the shop feeling bad like it's my fault for going back to have it fixed again and not letting them know for something I don't know.

Now, I tried the jeans again back home and the longer left leg became shorter leg than the right. Idk why?

I'm scared to go back there again

please suggest other alteration shops?

Excellent service for rather tricky repair. Good communication and repair was done exactly as I requested, affordably and on time.

Poor experience, my girlfriend hemmed her trousers but the stitch got frayed which not even get through a week. And we asked them to resew it they did not mention which charges，after done that they refused to give us the trousers unless we pay（halfed price than usual rate THANK YOU！），just feel this is so irrational and fraudulent.

My pants haven’t been properly altered as stitches are coming off already and fitting poorly.
Didn’t even bother to ask them to fix it because I don’t trust them.
Should have read the reviews beforehand so that I don’t have to go through this trouble.
Do not trust this place if you want the job done professionally.
Also just found out that I got charged more than other places around the area.

Went in for a minor stitching repair. Paid in advance. 5 or 10 min job. Arranged to collect an hour later. The lady who fixed the stitching was helpful. However, the staff on register kept bugging me for name and a contact even though I paid in advance. Then put in my full name from my debit card in the system without consent. Hope they don't use/sell info for marketing!

Extremely unsatisfied. Terrible service. Ruined my pants and refused to fix it for me. Noticed that the lady wasn’t pinning it as I wanted, she insisted she did and results were terrible. Uneven length back and front of the pants where it’s been cut and tapered. I am taking this to another alteration shop as they refused to fix. Never coming back.

I went there to alter my Jean there was a Asian lady who barely talks English, said original leg 35 normal 22 I ask normal one next day I saw they changed me 35 I explain what happened to their owner she didn't accept and said I cant give you your pants if you don't pay the money totally unprofessional place to go

Very high quality work on 3 garments. One was a blazer, it was too big across the shoulders and it was perfectly executed. Thanks Alter it.

Worse customer service ever! Went in and ask them if this will be covered with my job when I get my uniform altered and they didn’t even answered my question. Instead they told me they will see after when I come back to pick it up. They made me pay for it which should be sent straight to my job. Do not ever trust this place, don’t even go there because all they want is just customers paying more. They will also try to reap you off!

I had to get a dress urgently taken up for a special event and the team waited for me to arrive on a Saturday evening and did the work whilst I waited. Very grateful for their service and quality too. Thanks!

I've been getting clothes altered here for years and get professional and friendly service every time! Waist and leg tapers are always done with skill and precision, and with a great turnaround time. Highly recommend!

Went in asking for some alterations and was met with some pretty rude service. Im pretty easy to please so i was very willing to compromise on the quality of the alteration (if the stitching was noticeable or something like that) but man at the counter was incredibly impatient and wouldnt even let me talk or make any sort of deal. Maybe he was having a rough day or something but this experience has deterred me from coming back here.

Kim was very friendly and understanding. Decided it to come into the store as we have previously patched a torn pair of jeans here as well. This time we came in wanting 2 pairs of jeans to be altered exactly like a sample pair, came back a few days later extremely satisfied. Both pairs now fit exactly the same way. We’ve been to other places that said that it couldn’t be done because they weren’t the exact same models. Glad to find a good tailoring place that pays superb attention to detail!

Last week I brought in my work suit for a dry clean. The store had a good rating so I had trust in the quality of work. However, after retrieving my $1800 suit I was very unhappy with the damage to the pants.

For reasons unbeknownst you me, it has been ironed but not along the correct ironing line. Now my pants have two ironing lines per leg.

On top of that, the right leg has been ironed when the iron was way too hot which has damaged the fabric. Pinching the material into a crispy line.

Luckily I can laugh that I now have holographic ironing lines but it’s not very appreciated on $500 Italian cotton pants.

When I brought it up with the consultant they said there was nothing they can do because I was “already wearing them. ” As if wearing them somehow gives them new ironing lines.

Also the interior left pant leg material is misaligned.

I’ll take the pants to be repaired but definitely not with this store. I’m not mad - I’m just disappointed.

The staff are so nice here and did such a good job! I had a last minute suit alternation needed and they were able to do it within 4 days. I also changed my mind about the length of the pants upon pickup and they were able to do change it on the day. Super happy with their service. Will come back to alter other things in the future and will make sure to give them more time:)
