Decided to give this place.ago to get 2 paits of jeans repaired. Dropped off on a Saturday & spoke with the owner whom served me, and told her I had needed them back within 3 weeks (the quicker the better, due to an upcoming holiday), was told to come back 15 days later, she was very busy (not my problem), & she would do them herself. Have now gone back 2 weeks later, on the Saturday, one day earlier, as unable to pick up on the due date due to another commitment on at the set pickup time, to find out that they were not ready. VERY DISAPPOINTED, to now find I have to go back on another day later in the week, after work. Hope that the work is done to what I have requested, after asking for what I wanted done and told yes, it can be done.

Dropped garment off on Thursday, told it would be ready by Saturday at 11. Arrived at midday on Saturday and told to come back "later" as it wasn't ready. We had come specifically for the garment and had no other chance to collect them until over a week later. No apology or concern for the inconvenience. Won't return.

Got my pants taken up here.

I’m in the system as a regular customer so while I was there getting other stuff done I checked in to see if my pants were ready.

The owner was rude. Flat out refused to serve me without my receipt. One of her staff members came over, found my job in the system and handed over the pants which were finished.

The only thing holding this business back is the owners customer service.

Rubbish service here. Got my daughter's dress done. They had forgotten to do it on the day it was due and got annoyed at US when we weren't happy. Then pretty much ignored us when we did go back to pick it up later. It was stuffed into a rack and full of creases that we now have to get steamed out from somewhere else.

Needed three patches sewn onto a shirt, however after having the staff mess up the instructions twice, I ended up taking them elsewhere for a much better price and better service.
