Amazing workmanship, the man was working well, pinned my suit and finished the job in 2 hours. Unbelievable!

I just want to mention how hardworking Long was when it came to customers and sewing, he serviced me asap and pinned others quickly to serve me. Will be returning soon.

Took a vintage coat in to have a zip replaced, I was impressed with the care they took with it, you get what you pay for, would be happy to pay that little bit extra to ensure the job is done right, thanks guys. I’ll be back soon

Had high hopes when I dropped off 5 pairs of pants to be altered, they seemed accommodating and competent. Unfortunately I came at the pick up time and they had completely forgotten to do ANY of the pants. Won't be coming back.

Very quick turnaround, but 2 x $200 Diesel jeans ruined. I’d be happy with the workmanship if they were $20 jeans.

Avoid Alter It (Level 2 Highpoint) as the old lady did not keep the original hem on my jeans as requested. Poor communication skills to say the least.

5 stars for Long who fit me in at 5: 15pm on New Year’s Eve 15 minuets before closing. Not only is the garment a perfect alteration but he did it in 15 minutes and not once did he complain or made me feel uncomfortable for requesting such a big job with a 15 minute time frame. Going forward this would definitely be my go to alteration and I will always request for long specifically! 5: 45 came and he was meant to leave at 5: 30 but he still made me try on the garment to make sure I was happy! Thank you so much guys! I will make sure all my family and friends bring their alterations here! Happy new year!

Vu at Alter It level 2 High Point did a great job fixing my straps on my wedding dress, they were a little difficult but she did everything to them until they were perfect! Great job

Alter It Highpoint needs a reminder that the clothing they are altering doesn’t belong to them. I took a skirt in yesterday to have the waist taken in and the lining hemmed, and had the skirt pinned where I wanted it on the waist. When I returned to collect it today, they had only taken the hem up and insisted that I had never asked them to take the waist in. When I corrected them on this, they conceded that they had decided without my input that I didn’t need the waist altered (even though it is too big for me and the skirt falls down when I walk around). If I have asked for my clothing to be altered in a certain way, then that is my decision. Alter It has completely wasted my time and I will not be returning, as the staff clearly have an attitude towards their customers that is entirely disrespectful.

This review is mainly for the Alter-it near the food court and AUSPOST: Level 1.

Levi's in Highpoint uses these kiosks for their "complimentary" tailoring service, which is provided with purchase of their jeans.

Butcher-it would be a more apt name. The Asian woman who worked on them handed me my jeans in the bag and didn't even bother showing her work. Red flag. Upon inspection, the stitching was completely butchered and was past the point of repair. Directly took it to Levi's to have them sort it out since they should be working with better quality alterations people.

Note: Less than a month ago, I took a jacket to the Alter-it kiosk closest to Degani for a new zipper and button fix and the Asian man said he did not have the tool to fix a button.

Can't fix a button and they butchered my brand new jeans. Enough said.

Congrats! Hacked your way down to a one-star, guys. And based on my experiences so far, I wouldn't recommend this chain to anyone who appreciates any kind of quality.

Cheers

They are extremely racist! They don’t show any respect to Asian clients. We are the same race. They let other people jump in line in front of me.
