Sub-zero service, The food was awful, the rice was not well cooked and the raw chicken tasted greasy, The staff was very weak It is not worth a star to give food and service

Food wasn't that good considering the price, horrible customer service, the manager "Gavin" was very rude and unprofessional.

Worst food and bad customer service the waiters were rude it's like they were doing us a favour to get us our food. Except one girl which she was so nice

Paid lots of money for the food and yet they still served us cold rice and the waiters have no clue about food in their menu.

Had a family dinner function of upto 18 people. Hassan the manager made sure everything went smooth through the night and timing of the entrees and heaps of food throughout the night made sure we were all full to the max even though they were extremely busy they managed well and Hassan was always making sure everything was alright and organized food was good, cleaned tables, facilities atmosphere and views is a good vibes buzz and little bit pricey but its the city what do you expect thanks

Really disappointed. If I could give it a negative, It would be more suited.

We ordered the bouquet for 7 adults who where there. (40/person mind you)

Came two plates of food, two salad to share between 7 peoole and a few dips.

The food was dry and the rice was on the bottom of the plate that could barely feed kids.

Not worth it.

Horrible service and manager (named Gevin) was very rude and asked us to leave because we decided to change the table as we were cold outside.

2 stars cause the setting is nice but in terms of food they have the worst middle eastern food I have ever tasted plus over priced. Will not go back and waste money again

Tasteless food, we went on public holiday our food came in 10 minutes. Lamb and chicken Were dry.complained to manager about food but he looked unbothered. I have been to this place 5 times before, i am not going back anymore. Paid 170$ for nothing. Thank you for ruining our holiday. Pathetic.

The food was dry, the dessert in the banquet was underwhelming. The staff really didn't care and they were unempathetic and rude.

Being I paid $100 tip on my account on top of $254 my bill to show this people. It was the worst food restaurant of my life to eat from.skewers taste of burnt, dips no flavour, sausages over bbq sauced, the entire food was poor and savage. I can't believe how people eat rubbish like this, if I had a dog I will not feed them this, either. Not impressed at all. Having a waterfront restaurant does not make it sophisticated. Looking at past reviews seems people don't have high authenticity taste.

Its really great, love the atmosphere and the good food, nice shisha, been there 4 to 5 times so far with our friends, they have nice music too but the only down side is they don’t serve the dessert with tongs / any kitchen utensils but they pick it up with hand/finger & passed it behind the bar for preparation & decorations (add whipping creams, vanilla ice cream and some strawberry / choc syrup). Other than that it’s great and awesome, we’ll still go back for the good atmosphere, food & shisha.

The Menu is confusing with the price.if you are two people and order one sharing option which is 50 dollar, you have to pay 100! This is how sharing option works! And the service is too slow! We waited over 40 minutes to get our orders.

The lady running in the restaurant there was behaving really rude for a waitress, did not give us the coal when we asked for it several times, and occasionally being mischievous. Then we decided to have a little meal (not from this restaurant), she verbally harassed us with revolting insults, shocking me and I feel very.touched. Then she kicks us out of this restaurant. I feel as if this place should be disowned and have a need to construct a new building with very nice waiters who will give us the need to feel as if we are at a comfortable area. I’d love to place a legal document allowing this place to be shut down as soon as possible.

This place is quite awesome. Food tastes very nice, its on river side which they have outside seating with heaters. The best part is hookah where we can smoke inside the restaurant. Thats a very good thing.

Well this was an interesting experience. Met up with a colleague for coffee which was awesome. But had my folder stolen or taken when I left it on the counter to use the bathroom. When I asked the staff if they’d seen anything or mistaken it as theirs they were no help at all. Incredibly they had a mobile smart charging kiosk where you can rent a device to charge your phone.literally saved the day as my phone was about to die!
